Serving DFW since 1993, Baldi Gardens is a family owned, family operated company that takes pride in providing quality landscape service. Our small team of under 20 employees will work hard to ensure your landscape dreams can become reality. We possess the industry knowledge necessary to ensure a professionally managed, quality result every time. Subcontractors used only for irrigation, outdoor lighting, carpentry and stump grinding. Hello, I wish we had a little more information from you on what your issues may be with our organization or the services we provided. From our records in dealing with you as we understand from our crew because again we have not had the pleasure of hearing from you directly regarding this matter, we provided you with an 8 man hours of labor service back in April. Our men provided you with 4 man hours of that 8 total when they were told they were finished because they had completed all the work you had for them to do. At which point they were also told that you would call the office to reschedule the usage of the remainder of the time. As of yet we have not heard from you regarding that matter or any other issue with service and as it is not our custom procedure to do break up our 8 hour services, should it be your request we invite you to call our office so that it can be discussed. Or so that any issues you may have can be discussed.

Description of Work: I left them a note on front door with instructions of what I wanted done. When I got home it was all done! My lawn mower had broken and the yard had gotten away from me. They got it back under control!

Description of Work: Agreement to do lawn service and Bermuda treatment on front yard. Which included pre/ post emergent weed treatment, insecticide/preventive fungicide treatment, pre-emergent/area treatment, spring aeration, also late spring treatment, drought treatment, summer, early fall treatments, fall aeration, fungicide and late fall treatment. This was all included in a yearly plan, which is still going on.

Hello, First off let me apologize if you did not feel you received the high level of customer service that we try to ensure each customer receives. I can ensure you that we do in fact have an adequate workforce to perform the services we offer, we do however reserve the right to schedule our Angie's List deals on a first come first serve basis, and within our normal schedules and in no way state in our deals that we will schedule services upon request. While we would love to be able to do so, currently there would be no way for us to guarantee to every single purchaser that their services can and will be scheduled on their "suggested dates" although we try to accommodate our clients as best we can. In order to accommodate our clients with this high volume deal, we did in fact set aside a special crew for 8 hour services on Wednesdays. This deal was very popular this round, and you in fact were one of the final purchasers of this deal before it closed and unfortunately that resulted in your suggested dates already being taken. We always suggest to deal purchasers who are buying a service on a heavily discounted rate, such as this, to call the office prior to purchase to ensure services will meet their time frame.

Description of Work: After in depth consultation, Ricardo and his crew created a blueprint quality landscape plan. He also provided cost analysis for step by step portions of work based on my blueprint. I appreciate that he was not a 'hard sell' on the implementation of the plan. That proves integrity for the job that I purchased and not a 'bait and switch' for a bigger job than I want at this time. Baldi Gardens will be my first call when I get ready to relandscape my yard.
