Ricardo was great. He really got the aesthetic we wanted to achieve, and was very honest and knowledgeable about what plants would work and what wouldn't. The work was completed quickly, with a large team of folks who worked diligently and professionally. I was extraordinarily happy with the work that was done. It was not inexpensive, but worth the extra cost to get someone who knows what they are doing and is wiling to follow up and make sure the work is done right.

Mr. Baldi is fantastic to work with!! He has great ideas and knows his plants. I will definitely use him again for all my landscaping needs!

Baldi is definitely top on our list. They worked out very good for us. They were very professional and very nice throughout the whole process. They were also very good about postponing everything until we were ready for them. The price was very reasonable and they did such a great job for the price.

This is a family owned and operated company. They are extremely professional, very polite and respectful of the property they work on, and have excellent advice as to what we should do to improve our landscape. The three plants were his idea to put where he did and the end result is an array of beautiful flowers and a drainage system that works perfectly. I really like this company. They do an excellent job. The workers are very nice and professional. I have also hired them to do some planting for me in the past. When they are done my yard has the horizontal lines in it, which I think looks great.

He had crew of four people and they were so nice and willing to help. They took my suggestions and had the best attitudes. They could not have been more polite and agreeable from the leaf pick up to sculpting of the bushes. They were out of this world.

When developing the design, Ricardo clearly listened to what we wanted and added some features to the diagram where we intended to do the work ourselves, so that we only had to submit a single plan to our HOA (instead of one for his work and one for our own). Once we got approval, he gave us an estimate for starting the work, and his team was at our house on schedule. They were at our house every day, weather permitting, until the job was done. There were a couple of small design changes that we wanted to make, and Ricardo was available by phone or email whenever we needed to discuss them. The final cost was close to the original estimate, with the only difference being the added work from these changes. The end results look great, and we were really impressed with how quickly the job was completed.

He gave me ETA on how long to draw up plans, as he was starting from scratch, basically. Ricardo's team was swamped and couldn't get to my plans for a couple of weeks, but they showed up when promised. My neighbors loved the fact that the team worked quietly and cleaned up every day. Although they ran out of the sod since the company he got the specialty sod from shortchanged him,Ricardo always called with updates. He was in constant communication with me. He did a fabulous job, my neighbors say I have best landscaping on the street! What a transformation! I couldn't be more pleased with the final outcome of the design, and the fact that his quotes are designed to let you scape in steps if you need to, he is very conscientious of BUDGETS. I certainly got my money's worth! I have hired him for my backyard as well!

He was very professional, came when he said he would and we will be having the work done in June.

I called the listed phone number and the owner Recardo Baldi answered. We discussed the work and set up a time for him to come to my house for an estimate. He said he would be in our neighborhood in another 10 days. So I waited and he never showed up. In the meantime, the weeds in my yard grew wild and I had to rush to a random person to perform the yard work. BALDI GARDENS is NOT trust worthy!!

All calls were returned promptly, estimates given as promised, and the work was done when they said it would. It was very smooth dealing with them. I paid top dollars, but it was worth it. I would use them again if needed in the future.

He did a very good job and we are going to keep him around for maintenance. Very good workers.

THE TEAM DID A GREAT JOB; THEY WERE SUPERVISED BY MR. BALDI OR HIS SON THE ENTIRE PERIOD. IT BEGAN TO RAIN THE DAY THEY WORKED; THEY STAYED FOR 45 MINUTES TO DETERMINE IF THE RAIN WOULD STOP SO THEY COULD CONTINUE. WE WERE FORTUNATE THAT THE RAIN DID SUBSIDE; AND THE WORK WAS ACCOMPLISHED THE DAY IT WAS SCHEDULED. THE CLEAN UP AFTERWARDS WAS PERFECT. I SUBSEQUENTLY HIRED BALDI GARDENS INC. TO BUILD A STONE WALL MADE FROM FLAGSTONE.

While providing me with a truly honest bid, he gave me excellent advice. He even saved me a ton of money by showing me tricks on how to fertilize a huge St. Augustine bare patch in my front yard. He could have easily told me that it needed to be replaced to get money and work. I used his fertilizing tricks and the patch did not need replacement and is now full. I will hire him next season for work in my backyard landscape. Super guy! A real gem.

I cannot say enough good things about this company and the crew that worked on my yard. They did a beautiful job and were polite, on time, and worked very hard all day. The temperature was over 100 degrees, but still they never let up. Ricardo Baldi, the owner, informed us of the problems he encountered and took care of them in a most efficient and professional manner. It looks so beautiful, I am spending hours out there each day even though it is so beastly hot. I just love looking at it! We will have them back to do our shrubs and flower beds in the Fall. Awesome experience all around.

He did what he said he was going to do, was prompt, and so far everything is good. Some of the plantings died, but he is going to replace them at no extra cost.

Experience was very positive. Ricardo showed up as scheduled for estimate, and he was there with his workers on time each day for the 2 day job. He and his workers were polite. The crew did a good job of cleaning up after themselves. Quality of work was exceptional -- it exceeded my expectations (and my expectations were high after reading other reviews). There is no doubt I will call them again when I need additional landscaping work done that I cannot do myself.
