I contacted Ricardo based on recommendation from angie's list. Ricardo showed up as agreed, delivered materials a day in advance, and completed on time. Ricardo communicates by email and is very responsive. The project turned out beautiful. I would never use anyone else.

Ricardo talked to us about what we wanted and made great suggestions. We received a bid promptly. However, we changed on our minds on some things and added a backyard sprinkler system. He came to our house again to go over our changes and quickly gave us another bid. He started the work the next week. We had huge yaupon hollies and a crabapple tree along with large bushes that they removed from our backyard. They then put in large flagstones, created 2 beds, and planted crepe myrtles at the fence line. They put in the sprinkler system and made some minor changes by adding some plants to our front beds. The work was completed in 2 days and they did a marvelous job. The plants are putting on leaves and we are extremely happy with the result. We got bids for this work and Baldi came in with the winning bid. We highly recommend them for any landscaping job that you might have.

We met with Ricardo and his assistant and talked about ideas of what would work. Our yard was measured and photographed. It was also noted the plants already in the yard that would stay. A few days later Ricardo presented two very complete estimates with computer drawings and prices of every item. One estimate needed to be tweaked a little to stay in our price range. Work was scheduled the following week. The crew put in two full days to complete the job. Their supervisor was very polite and the workers were quiet in their work. At the end of both days my driveway was cleaned and there were no items left in the front or back yards. My husband and I have a beautiful yard to enjoy after a very pleasant experience working with Baldi Gardens.

I could not be more pleased, from the speedy estimate to the day they showed up to work. The job took all of 4 days and progress was visible every one of those days. The crew was well managed, nice and very knowledgeable about their tasks. The amazing changes in the yard went smoothly and Ricardo was always available via email or on site to answer questions. I had few simply because the communication thruout was exemplary. The estimate was very detailed and each major part was laid out with costs broken down in case we wanted to omit or add on. We came in right on the estimate and we can't say enough about how well things turned out. Highly recommended!

They did a nice and they were reasonably priced.

The owner hand-picked every stone in the wall, varying the size, shape, and color to add interest. The installers were uniformed and worked very hard, doing most of the excavation by hand to minimize damage. They ensured that everything was put away at the end of the day. When spreading the crushed granite, the crew asked what I wanted to do with some flagstones and aged bricks from my very old attempt at a patio, and I asked them to stack the stones but dispose of the bricks. Instead, they used the old bricks to make a beautiful solid surface for my gas grill, which before had been sitting on dirt. After installation, the crew washed the stone wall, tested the drains, and cleaned up every scrap in the entire yard. It was a joy to watch the progress every single day. We could not be more pleased, and we are already planning the next project with this company.

It was excellent. They are a very good company, and they do great work. They were very efficient and the backyard looks great. They did a really good job.

Mr. Baldi was able to schedule an visit promptly to give me an estimate.. He discussed my problems with drainage, growing grass and the range of solutions, from easiest & most practical to most costly & extensive. For the relatively small area under consideration, it worked out that easy & practical was best at that time. His crew was able to come out the next week and do the grading, sodding and granite in a few short hours (3 hours?). It looked great; it was neatly done; no muss, no fuss. Since the backyard is in two tiers and most of the work was on the top tier, it was well worth the money for all the trips the crew had to make up and down the steps with the sod and granite.

They do a good job and their price is fair. They give me a discount. They are nor the cheapest, nor the most expensive ones either. I am using them again tomorrow.

Guissepe arrived on time to go over the job, gave me an estimate which was realistic. He was extremely professional, unusually knowledgable, and accomodating. His team arrived early (he called) spent less time than estimated, did a beautiful job, cleaned up impeccably and took their bags with them! I was shocked when I got home from work at how beautiful everything looked. They cleaned pine needles off the roof and gutters, cut dead wood out of trees, and made a cleanup look like a new landscaping job. The final cost was less than the estimate. I have already gotten an estimatefrom them for additional work. I couldn't recommend them any more positively!! I have called probably a dozen companies/individuals from Angie's list over the past year, and Baldi's is the FIRST to actually reply by e-mail as requested. I'm a doctor, and just can't do phone business during the day. He replied by e-mail, and offered to come do the estimate after hours if needed.

Ricardo Baldi responded quickly to our request for an estimate & worked with us to meet our budget. The team members went the extra mile by moving my new grill onto the BBQ pad & adjusting the pad size to ensure that the grill fit properly. The Baldi Gardens team are professional and prompt. The work was completed in 2 days.

Baldi Gardens was professional and arrived on-time. The work was performed with high quality and completed in less than two days. Ricardo was very responsive and promptly sent his team to correct an item that was brought to his attention. I will continue to use Baldi Gardens for my landscape work.

I had a nightmare experience with a prior contractor and Ricardo Baldi and the Baldi Gardens team came to the rescue! They rebuilt the retaining wall with the existing stone and rerouted it around a huge oak tree without damamging the tree's roots. In addition, a new retaining wall was built which included a stairway made of the extra stone. Two trees were removed as well. The team was prompt and professional and the work was completed in less than a week. Ricardo was always responsive to questions and wanted to ensure that we were satisfied. The work area was thoroughly cleaned at the end of each day.

The project went exceptionally well. Ricardo Baldi responded promptly to the request for an estimate and developed a plan for the backyard and broke it into phases for better execution as well as for cost considerations. We are pleased with the flagstone patio which included a step to transition it to the covered patio that is attached to the house.

Very good. They showed up on time, did the work, and cleaned up afterwards. I was very happy and the drain works perfectly.

ricardo and his team did an excellent job. we've been looking at his company through angie's list for years. we finally decided to move forward with our project. he drew plans for our modern landscape that both of us loved (which is, in itself a small miracle)! then, he & his crew had everything done in two days! they kept the area clean during the installment, and cleaned up afterwards. we love the final product and will definitely use him again!

When Ricardo came to my house for the estimate, I had several questions about my yard, and he answered all of them fully, and let me know which issues I could fix myself and how to do it myself, which I really appreciated. I thought it was a fair estimate, and when the bill came the final price was his estimate. His crew installed everything and cleaned up really well. I've had other yard work done before and these guys did a fantastic job cleaning up. The french drain works great. I still have some standing water that's driving me crazy, but it is a HUGE improvement over the swamp that I did have.

We went with another company as they had better plans and price.

The work was professionally done. Work started on the date promised and completed timely. Onsite project supervisor was also the project estimator. He listened to our ideas and provided insight and suggestions that improved the over design we had in mind without exceeding our budget. Property was cleaned at the end of each day and at the end of the project. Although there were material deliveries, the materials were moved to the project area and out of sight of the front of the home. Neighbors hardly knew anyone was working around the home. At the completion of the project the supervisor walked us around for an inspection and made recommendations for landscaping - trees, shrubs and plants that would fit into the landscape based on shading and water requirements. There was no attempt to up sell - just good suggestions based on years of experience. It was a delightful working with Baldi Gardens and I would recommend them to anyone.

Having used Baldi for about 4 years,there are no complaints.We needed extra work done,including sodding,done quickly for an outdoor party,called Ricardo and it was done,within 36 hours! They are quick but meticulous.
