Following the appointment for the estimate, it took them a full week to finally respond with their quote. To top it off their quote was OUTRAGEOUS! I found another contractor to perform the same job for 1/4 of what they estimated and the quality of the work was great. It seems as though the businesses that are affiliated with your website/service assume that they can charge much higher rates and gouge the customer. That's why I always take my time before jumping into a home improvement job and I do my homework. Shame on them!

The first two applications were a day later than originally scheduled. They emailed me with the rescheduled dates each time. They gave instructions to wait until the yard was dry before letting my dog out. The applications have definitely helped to get rid of the weeds and the yard really has greened up. Looks very nice.

I purchased a Big Deal for 3 weed and feed lawn treatments. They arranged everything by email. They were very communicative and responded promptly when I had questions. My lawn looks great.

I have been using theses guys for lawn services for almost a year they come every two weeks like clock work I am very pleased with the work and professionalism.

Arrived as scheduled. Did not locate sprinkler locations until requested. One sprinkler head was broken and had to be repaired. Otherwise all lawn areas were aerated satisfactorily.

Friendly staff. Arrived on date owner set up on his schedule based on when his crew was doing other jobs in this area od Tarrant County.

Everything they do is just fine... wish I had found them sooner!

So far, it has gone very well. I have dogs that have to be locked up and I work. Mr. Baldi was very understanding and worked with me to give me time to get home from work to lock up the dogs. After the first treatment, my yard was looking pretty ragged due to the amount of weeds that were dead. Now the grass is coming on strong and looks really good.

I was not home when they came to apply the treatment to our yard, but they left a flag in the yard indicating that they had been there. We still have quite a few weeds in the yard, but the grass does appear to be greener and healthier than it did before. We still have two more treatments to go--one in late June and one in late August.

They were courteous, timely and professional. The work was beautifully done.

rep.showed up on time applied the mixture our lawn needed,now we have a green nice lawn. their work speaks for it self. we will use their services again and will see what else baldi gardens can do.

Poor communication. Seemed overwhelmed. Emailed the provider that my lawn was larger than the size on the deal and offered to pay extra. Provider agreed to do the entire lawn for the deal price. Although I has asked to be contacted prior to the work being done, the provider's employee showed up at my office (billing address on my credit card, although the service address was clearly submitted in the purchase) without any future contact. Provider agreed to do the work at a future date at my residence and to contact me first. About three weeks later I noticed that the front yard (about 1/3 of my entire yard and much less than 1/2 the amount shown in the offer) had been aerated. The job looked rushed and unprofessional. I gave up on provider and moved on.

The treatment has greened my yard and the grass is growing so fast that it needs cutting twice a week. The application was uniform thru all areas covered. My yard has 7 separate areas, divided by fences, drive or pool. 6 of the 7 were covered...the one not covered is evident as it has weeds and all other areas are weed free. It is testament to the quality of the service on the 6 areas covered, if it was a test, it demonstrated the effectiveness of the application vs the missed area. We will get it next time. The email communication was great, I was well informed when weather delayed the application. I recommend this service...the results are spectacular

They showed up quickly after I bought the deal and have set up the remainder two times. They did what they were suppose to do and my lawn looks a lot better.

They did just fine. They told me when they are coming, they would spray and then they left.

Mr. Baldi and another gentleman (his son, I believe) showed up right on time and listened very carefully to my concerns and then outlined a few approaches we might take to resolve them. Both men were courteous, thoughtful, and seemed sincere. I received a quote a few days later, as promised, and was really impressed with the quality of the write up. The quote was provided online and, I believe, in PDF format, with a complete materials and labor breakdown. Cost seemed reasonable, but unfortunately I had some other financial obligations come up, and was unable to use their services. I will definitely involve them in my decision process for any future projects, however.

They could not perform the work, and suggested a refund. I accepted. Under the circumstances, I would use this vendor for other types of services.

Very good.. Noticed a BIG difference in weeds after just 1st treatment.. Will use these folks again.. Not Monthly(I think monthly treatments are a ripoff) but I will use them 3 or 4 times a year..

The weed treatment was quickly sprayed on our lawn. I have already seen a great improvement in our lawn and a great reduction in our usual weeds and crabgrass at this time of year. They will be giving us two additional treatments as part of this package. I am extremely happy with their work and the cost of this deal, purchased through Angie's List.

Shortly after I purchased the coupon I received an email from Mr. Baldi advising they would contact me soon to schedule the services. I got an email in about a week advising when the treatments were scheduled. Mr. Baldi advised that if the dates he had scheduled for my treatments would not work for me he would be happy to try and reschedule. The dates he had scheduled worked out perfect. The technician showed up on time and as scheduled for the first treatment. He told me what he was going to do and what I needed to do. He was professional, quick, and efficient. I look forward to the next scheduled service.

I have two more treatments so it is too early to tell. I answered yes on using this service again but my real answer at this point in time would "I will have to wait and see." Surveys should not force you to choose an answer that is invalid.

We've had one treatment on our lawn so far. The company came out as scheduled and the lawn is looking better. I'm anxious to see how it will look after the next two treatments

They came out each visit as promised and did a professional job. The results were exactly what we wanted. I will definitely use this company again and would recommend them to anyone.
