The crew was always punctual and professional. Completed the service in a very timely manner, edged and collected the clippings from the sidewalk. The weeding the flower beds was not included in the service.

Responded quickly to my emails....removed the nettlegrass from my lawn. I would use them again.

The provider did an awesome job and we hope they offer the same service in the spring. It is truly a great service especially for seniors who are no longer able to perform these tasks for themselves. These providers are honest,provide a good service and do the job as they say they will. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for this type of service!! My last treatment is due any time and I have no doubt it will be completed as agreeded.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and so far it has been fine. They still need to come out one more time. I haven't had any weeds come up in our yard. They seemed fine to me, and they have been doing what they said they were going to do and they have been coming every month. I don't have any problems with them.

First treatment was difficult to schedule. Second treatment went OK (I guess) because the only evidence that they were here was a small flag they set in the ground. They did not ring the door bell or knock on the door. I still have weeds, but of course I will not know how effective the treatment was until next spring.

We have had an extremely difficult time working with this provider. They are hard to reach, they miss appointments, and they do not return calls. We wanted a basic landscape clean-up, but have not been able to come to an agreement with them. We would not use their services again. We initially bought this big deal on June 20th, as of August 18th, we are not happy with the work provided.

It went well. Won't know the effectiveness till next spring.

It was fine and they did what they were supposed to do. They were on-time and provided a hard copy of the design plan in a timely fashion. I would recommend their services to others.

Baldi Gardens was very good. They did an excellent job. They were fast, efficient and professional. I definitely would use them again. They had excellent resource and diligent workers. They did a terrific job. We chose them because of Angie's List. They had really good ratings and a lot of good recommendations. They had excellent design.

Unfortunately they do not service Dallas county. I was not able to find a vendor to do this work. Therefore I requested a refund.

He came out on the day promised and did the aeration. I wasn't at home, however, I did go outside and look at the lawn when I came home. All the little plugs were laying all over the lawn, and it looked like he did a great job. My lawn looks better than it ever has. I think with the aeration and the rain, it really perked it up.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. I wasn't there when they came. We did all of our talking by email. I came back home, there were holes in my lawn, and they did a fine job. There were no extra charges other than the price of the Big Deal.

They left indication for owner, they were here. Home owner did not have to be home. It went according to schedule.

I purchased a deal on Angie list for yard aeration and then requested an estimate for a flower bed. I was contacted by email within a day or so. An appointment was setup for the estimate and Mr. Baldi came out to my home. The work was done in a timely manner and I loved the garden so much I had them comeback and do another flowerbed in my front yard.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It was perfectly fine.

We contacted Carlo Baldi of Baldi Gardens the week of June 10th and set an appointment for June 19th to give us an estimate for landscape and hardscape for our back yard. He said the design work would be $250.00. I gave him $300.00 as I wanted ideas for plantings in the front yard as well. I also said I would like a small water feature in the backyard. He told us we would have a draft design by the following Monday or Tuesday - my husband and I were both standing there when he said it. The following Tuesday arrived and as we had heard nothing from Carlo, I contacted him. He stated that the design takes over a week and we wouldn't have it until the following week. When we finally received the draft design, quite a few things we requested were not on the design. It was rudimentary at best - no front yard planting, no water feature, etc. I corresponded with him two days after receipt of the draft design and asked if we could at least get a cost for the concrete work and pergola in the back yard. His response was, "I cannot bid the job until the final design has been approved by you. The reason behind this is I cannot price anything without a full scale print our of your property. Now the reason I do not have a full scale print out printed is because my designer is working on the first revision to incorporate the items that he left out by mistake. I will have the final copies printed and a full proposal by early next week." (Taken directly from his email.) Early next week arrived and nothing. I once again contacted him and was told he could drop the design off when we were available. Today, July 19th - Thursday, the design was left attached to our front door. There is still no design for the front yard, no water feature, no costs for the pergola, patio, plantings, etc. All of the things we asked for are still not there. So we are now out $300 and have a black and white print of a rather rudimentary uncosted design. I strongly suggest not doing business with Baldi Gardens. I found the experience to be extremely frustrating, very unprofessional and definitely a rip off.

Mr. Baldi?s response to my request for a proposal was prompt, and the proposal covered exactly the things that we discussed. After signing a contract, I expected to wait 3 weeks before the work started. Carlo called me early the next week and the project started early. The crew was prompt and courteous the entire time they worked on our property (almost 5 days). I was able to follow the work and comments I made were incorporated into the project. They cleaned up my yard at the end of each day, and the entire area at the end of the project. The quality of the work was very good. I would recommend and use Baldi Gardens again.

They are very prompt. They do a wonderful job with the yard. They are in and out in about 15 minutes. There are two months in a year when they do not mow the lawn so they break the price. I think that they charge $134 a month and they come once a week. They are very dependable.

I was contacted by the company by email and was told what three dates they were expecting to spray my yard. I called to tell them that I had a very large yard but they werent concerned so that made me happy. The only problem I had was the very first spray date which they never showed. I emailed them and asked what had happened and they told me that the man had run out of daylight so they had to reschedule me. I wasn't concerned except I told him that he should have given me a call or email to tell me what had happened instead of me contacting them. The gentleman that contacted me back apologized and stated that, yes, they should have contacted me first. They set up a makeup date and they arrived right on time and did a good job. They set up the second spraying in July and arrived on time and did a good job. I would use them again.

On time, professional, courteous and they did exactly what they said they would do.

Crew showed up unannounced even though I had been told to receive a phone call when the work was to be performed. Aeration was done satisfactorily, but one sprinkler head and one valve box cover was damaged and had to be replaced by another Contractor.

Had to call them back because they forgot to do the side yard. They came back quickly and took care of it. The lawn had been watered and was not rock hard, but they did not aerate very deeply. I saw shallow holes, but no dirt plugs. When I rented a machine and did it myself in the past there were 1-2 inch holes and dirt plugs all over the lawn. That was not the case here.

Provider showed up on time and was very thorough and professional.
