They e-mailed me when I bought the plan, and again each time to schedule the applications. When it had to be rescheduled, they informed me and were here when they said they would be. My grass is absolutely gorgeous with not a single weed. Very happy!!!

It seemed to have all went well. I was not home when the services were done but when I got home it was well done

Aerated the front lawn, work was done as offered. Communication for scheduling was good, not great. Good job overall, would use again.

Haven't check to see that no sprinkler heads were damaged but it was well done!

I was scheduled for lawn aeration October 8th. I waited all day and finally called late afternoon to find out why they hadn't shown up for the appointment THEY set. No answer. Left a message asking them to call. No response. Called again. Finally got an email telling me "they ran out of daylight," and rescheduled me for Wednesday, October 16th. Again I waited all day and again, they were a no-show. Later, I get an email telling me the lawn had been too wet and was again rescheduled again for October 18th. They did the work Saturday,October 18th, and the work was barely average with very little evidence the lawn had been aerated. I won't use them again for anything.

I purchased a coupon from Baldi Gardens for 3 treatments of weed killing. They were very responsive in setting up dates by email and reminding me when they were to come out for a treatment. The first treatment appeared to do some good, the second treatment, I don't think they did the back yard as my weeds more than doubled after the "treatment", but the front yard weeds appeared to be diminishing. I sent a reminder for the final treatment to please make sure the backyard was treated, and the weeds abated somewhat there. Overall I would give them an average rating. I was neither impressed nor unimpressed by the product they used.

It worked out okay. Overall was fine, there was just one thing when I look at my yard and I recognize that I have an irrigation system in my yard, they're in different locations of my caps. They contain like the wiring for the irrigation system so I noticed that one of my caps had been cracked. I know it's gonna be different place in my yard where it belongs. They guy that did the core aeration maybe when he got hit it, he kicked it somewhere else, maybe he can recognize it but I don't know. Other than that it was all fine, they came when they said they would, the guy was professional, and they did what they said they would.

I have no idea what part of the lawn was treated because I never saw and difference anywhere. Weed treatment was supposedly applied but the weeds never died or even showed any signs of stress. If they applied anything it must have been water because I never saw any signs of fertilization or weed control. Definitely would not recommend and will not use again.

Baldi Gardens provided a detailed landscape design with plants that well suited to shade and dry conditions. (There is no sprinkler system to water this sloped shady area under trees.) Baldi also provided an estimate for services to prep the ground so we could install the plants later. This was too expensive for us, so we opted not to have them perform the service. The layout was very pleasing and will control storm water run off to drastically reduce erosion.

8,000 sq. ft. of yard was aerated-- checked for sprinkler heads; cleaned up dirt plugs on driveway.

Carlos's crew came as promised and in 1 day had the front of the house completely redone. At the same time a smaller crew was removing the pavers that were screwed up. They removed the pavers, filled the multiple depressions with new soil and sand and tamped it to set it. They leveled the area with sand and replaced the pavers in the correct herring bone pattern. All of this work was complete the at the same time the front was being worked. They cut new filler pieces to replace the damaged ones as needed. They came back on the second day with new pave stones to replace the ones that were damaged. They power washed the entire patio and the sides of the house (brick) and put down sand to lock in the pavers. The crew did a great job of cleaning up both the front and back. The Patio and the front of the house both look great and the we have gotten multiple complements since the work was completed..

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and they were fine. The positive was they were timely. The negative was the first application had the yellow dye that was left on the lawn.

I wasn't at home so I can't speak to punctuality or professionalism, but the job was done as they said it would be. My lawn looks good, no weeds.

The 3 dates were emailed at the beginning and I was notified ahead of time for rescheduling to the next day for one appointment. Also, I was notified ahead of time I did not have to be at home at the time of the applications; they would leave a flag in the yard to notify me that they had put the application down. The technician was very professional and explained to let the treatment dry before letting my dog in the yard. He was very thorough and efficient.

The initial "big deal" was a $99 assessment and landscaping plan. They were very prompt in contacting me, arrived in a timely manner and provided a very professional layout and plan. We elected to use their services for the actual landscaping job. While the entire plan was a bit out of our budget, they worked with us to adjust the work done for a 'first phase', and we will complete the landscaping at a later date.

I wasn't sure what to expect when purchasing a service spread out over 3 months with 3 different visits, however I need not have worried. As it turned out, Baldi Gardens did exactly what they promised: 3 separate visits for front/back application of a fertilizer and weed control. They called 1 week in advance of the first application, after initially emailing to schedule. A one day change in plans and they followed up with another email with the schedule confirmed. No weeds so far! Unfortunately, due to pretty extreme heat, the grass, while consistently weed-free is not as green as I would like. They visited in the end of June, end of July and the end of August. Since we have water restrictions in our town, I expect it is more due to that than anything else.

First meeting was very brief as they walked the house and took pictures, asked our preferences for plant color and maintenance level. Within a few weeks we had a very large professional print of the plan and a detailed quote to remove the existing scape and to install the proposed items.

Our yard has never looked this good. Baldi Gardens is family owned and run. They sent a family member all three times to spray the yard. They answered questions. They came when they said they would. They were the best lawn service that we have ever had, and we are considering a contract with them.

Very professional presentation - incorporated all that we asked for into plan. Only issue was that the plan was emailed to an incorrect address, so we only received the plan after following up when we did not hear anything.

After I purchased the "Big Deal", the provider (Baldi Gardens) did not really want to do the job because I was too far away. The provider said that Angie's list told him that I should not have received that Big Deal because I was too far out of the service area. I contacted the Big Deal service desk, and they were very, very slooooowwww to respond (days). By then, the provider and I had worked it out. Baldi's Gardens honored the deal and did a good job aerating the lawn to include cleaning up after themselves.

Carlo came right out for a walk through of the proposed work and submitted his bid quickly. He is knowledgeable and courteous. The crews who did the work were friendly and neat and worked hard even in the brutal heat. The landscaping looks great and will continue to grow into its new look.

Went well. Yard looks a lot better.

We had used Baldi Gardens back in 2006 for the hardscape of our backyard and love it, so when we decided to do something else we wanted to use them again. Carlo Baldi, one of the owner's sons, came to look at the project and returned the next week with the plan and an estimate. It was just what we had envisioned and the price was reasonable so we agreed to do it. They were able to schedule our work for the next week and were there promptly on that morning to start the work. The first day they removed all the old shrubs and prepped the area for the patio and the began the design/pattern to lay the brick. Along the way they did encounter some glitches concerning the water pipes for the sprinkler system but were able to resolve them all without too much trouble. The work was started on Thursday and there was a misunderstanding on our part as to when they would return. Once that was cleared up they were prompt, worked very hard all day and always cleaned up and took away all debris at the end of each workday. The crew really knew what they were doing and cut a lot of brick to make a very nice pattern, a work of art, actually. They were even able to incorporate a stepping stone that had been a Father's Day gift years ago,from our children to my husband, into the pattern. It was obvious that all four of the crew members take a great deal of pride in their work and turn out a beautiful finished project. It really looks so nice. The bed surrounding the patio looks great too and we really love sitting out there, even in the August heat. This is a great company and we will use them again with no hesitation.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. They did fine. They took care of my lawn. They came when they said they were supposed to. I have no complaints. I'm happy with the service.
