Baldi was diligent to stay in contact when they weren't able to come when first scheduled. You could tell they really cared about their integrity.

This was the first of three applications of various treatments for our lawn. The worker was on time, did a great job without any problems. Feel like we got a great deal if the next two applications go as well.

This was only the first of three applications, the other two due in the spring.

They came out and I thought they did a very good job of analyzing our needs. They were very professional as well. I had called them this time because they had done some masonry work for us in the past and they also have a strong presence in our community.

Baldi Gardens provided a lawn aeration package that was too good to pass up. They came when scheduled and everything went according to plan. I would definitely use them again.

It went so well and my lawn looked so good that I bought the fall/winter series.They are great communicators and the price is wonderful too.I will continue to use them.

It was fine. There were no additional charges beyond the big deal amount. What I was after was less weeds in my yard and that's what I got. When they put another deal I bought it! They treated my yard when I wasn't there which I thought was nice.

They scheduled me for one day and after waiting my allotted time I gave them a call. Turns out they were not going to come out because it was raining. They didn't call me; I had to call them. In fact they do everything via email. The reschedule went well and they were punctual. Secondly, I asked the tree injector a basic question about my rose bushes and he had no idea; told me to call the office and ask them. I find it odd, but maybe he just knew tree injection procedure. My husband thinks the tree injection is helping though. I would had preferred it he educated me about the procedure and what to look for in case it wasn't going well.

The have done everything they contracted to as was stated in the deal promptly. I only wish that they had talked to me about how and what I may do to help in growing grass under my trees.

All communication was done though the Angie's message board. I wish I would have been able to talk to the technician about future treatments or other options to help save my oak tree. They did what was advertised. I am probably going to talk to an arborist moving forward.

Bought the Big Deal for lawn aeration. They kept me informed about when they would be coming out to do the work, and did it on the agreed upon day. I wasn't home when they came, so I can't speak to how the crew was.

Great job and price on the aeration of the lawn. They emailed me the day before they were schedule and asked if they could come the following week since we had so much rain. It was the right thing to do and they arrived and left with a knock informing me that they had arrived. I will use them again.

It took a few days to get someone to schedule, but when we got on the schedule the guys showed up on time and got the job done. If they offer this deal again next year I'd sign up.

I purchased the aeration service for 10,000 sq ft. The service provider could not complete the service because the machine was larger than my gate opening. The size of equipment was not properly listed on the advertisement. When I contacted the provider he told me I had to contact AL because it was their fault the size was incorrect. AL provide a refund.

The price was good. See above for details as to why I was disappointed and did not rate them good. Angie's List checked on it for me. Baldi Gardens said they were going to return to see if they did the right house. Again, they did not leave note. I was not at home at any time they came.

Excellent. They came when they said they would and teh end result was a noticable diffrence.

They provided the service without me needing to be at the property. When I returned home the lawn was aerated and the grass started growing more evenly.

They were alright. They only did half my yard though. The coupon was for the whole yard. He said he couldn't get the machine through the gate. I had my yard aerated and it said on the coupon that my gate opening needs to be at least 36 inches, which it is and he said he couldn't get the aerator through the gate, so he didn't aerate the backyard. I measured the gate and what I've got was a 39 inch opening. I told him I had a sprinkler system and asked if that would be a problem and they said no. He did pull one of my sprinkler heads up. I called him and left a message on his answering machine and they still haven't returned my call yet. The aeration of the yard was fairly inexpensive. He didn't knock on the door to tell me he couldn't get it through, he just took off. I took them a while to get back to me. They said they were overwhelmed with the coupons. I got a time frame and they were out there.

Provider's employee arrived within the time range specified. Presented himself at my residence, identified himself and gave an estimate of the time it would take to perform the service purchased. The employee completed the task in less time than stated but the job was very well done.

That was fine; there were no problems. They arrived on time and they called and told me when they were going to be out to do the work. They did one in May, July and then they just did one in October. The price was good. I would use them again.

Great! No problems whatsoever! I will use this company again the next time I need my lawn aerated.
