Very responsive, Put me in their schedule about every 2 months in peak season and they performed as promised. I recommend this company. Very dependable.

They did a very good job. Instead of bags it was cubic feet and it only got the front of the house. Due to us having a large property deal purchase only covered the front of the yard. The guys who came out were very good and they cleaned up well. They also blew the leaves out of the bed too. They provided a very quick service and they worked with me in scheduling due to my request.

They did an excellent job! That was a lot of work. I was pleased with the price too because it was a lot of work. My interaction with them was great.

They left a flag letting me know that they had been at my house and done the treatment. This is the second time I have purchased this deal from Baldi. Our lawn looks great and is weed-free!

It went very well. The mulch was delivered at exactly the scheduled time. The men brought it to the back yard and spread it quickly. When they were finished, they blew any debris off the patio. Very efficient. The back yard looks great.

The scheduling was very good. They got the job done in about 30-45 minutes. They arrived on time.

It was okay. I didn’t talk to anyone and they sent me an email when they were coming. The scheduling was awesome and I got scheduled really quick. They called me by phone to schedule the service for the deal.

The first treatment was done in October but I have had no contact since then. I really can't rate their service until all the treatments have been completed.

They were prompt and on time. After instructing them how to apply the mulch, I had to run an errand. When I got back, the mulch was spread exactly the way I wanted. It didn't take long for them to do it, either. I was impressed!

My experience was okay. The service was not what I was expecting and I did not see a big improvement in my lawn. There were two technicians here doing the aeration and they arrived on time for the appointment. They did give me quotes for additional services but I felt their prices were too high. Scheduling was easy and there were no issues.

It was fine. The big deal price covered everything that was done. They came out, looked, drew the plan, delivered the plan and that was about it.

However I had hoped that they would provide ideas related to regrading or suggestions for re-contouring my back yard. Perhaps I did not make myself clear to them. They were professional and I would not hesitate to recommend them to others.

The gentlemen were very professional and efficient. They were respectful, kind and very helpful. They went beyond my expectations.

They rang the door bell & said they were going to do both front & back lawns. They only did the front lawn & left,never telling they didn't couldn't get into the back lawn, because their machine couldn't get through the side gate. Their restrictions were that the gate had to be at least 36". My gate was 39". I called them & was informed that they needed at least 48". I asked them for a refund for doing half the job & got it. I also asked them to come back to fix the two places they tore up my front lawn, but they never came back or called. I also felt their machine did not completely do the job on my front lawn, because of the absence of plugs on the lawn.I wish I would have been home at the time, but no appointment was made.Also, they did not do the side front front lawn, because their machine was too wide.

I purchased a big deal coupon for this company.It was awful. It involved several months. I ended up with more weeds than I had in my whole life. They came out at random, don't know exactly when they are coming out. They just leave a little thing that they came. I never had clover here. I had clover covering the front, the back, all over. Not going to do that again. I think it was three or four treatments. It didn't work out. It was terrible. When they don't do what they say the are going to do.

That was super. They were on time. They were in contact. When the guy came, he was to be trusted. They did more than they promised. They were excellent. The pricing was super. If it was going to be bad weather, they called and said this is not the best time to treat the lawn, and so they came on a day that was good for the lawn.

The first in November was pre-emergent. I can tell this was a very thorough treatment as I have less new weeds than I did this same time last year. I'm not certain when the other two treatments will take place, but I'm looking forward to a much prettier weed free lawn this year.

They have been easy to work with I am hoping this helps with the weeds in the spring and the density of the grass!

The initial service was performed (this is a 3 part contract). Baldi will come back 2 more times.|They were very professional. I would recommend them!

Of course I can't comment on quality or results because it's a pre-emergent weed treatment that won't show results until Spring. What I can comment about is the courtesy, attention, and responsive attention to detail. The GM, Giuseppe dealt with me directly to schedule all services exactly as agreed. I'm anticipating equally good results with the service. The "proof will be in the pudding" next Spring! Charles
