They did an excellent job, I never even knew they came until I saw the holes in the ground and I will continue to use them.

It was okay. I was a little disappointed because the aeration really didn’t work because my grass had thatch. I was informed of this after the fact. I spoke with the owner afterwards and he gave me information about the thatch in my yard. The owner was very responsive and got back to me right away. They responded to my emails very promptly. My expectation from a professional would have been to be informed about the thatch before the aeration occurred.

Baldi gardens showed as scheduled and aerated both my front and back yards. They were very fast and efficient!

|All went well, they leave a flag on the lawn after treatment if you are not home. Our lawn showed improvement and I purchased another series of 3 treatments last fall.

They had to postpone my second treatment for one (1) week due to the ice/snow on the ground. However, they did email me ahead of time to let me know, when they would be doing the second application. They showed up when they said they would. I will definitely be using them again.

Second year I have used Baldi Gardens and the work was done promply on the scheduled date and with professionalism. I am always pleased by the service of this company and will continue to use them in the future.

I did call them with a question and left a voice mail message and did not receive a call back. I really would like to talk to someone from this business as I'm looking for a yard service for the summer months.

My wife dealt with the scheduling with them and she had no problems. It went okay. I was not here when they completed the work. I did take a look around when I got home and it all looked all right.

Excellent work. They came out when they say they will. They were prompt, quick and efficient. They are worth your money. I would recommend them to anyone.

He was very professional and delivered the design as promised. Very professional work. The $10,000 cost was for the hardscape only, which is really a good price for all the work stated, we are still contemplating whether to move forward at this time.

The service went well. They came when I was not there and I could see the plugs. He left a note on the door.

They pulled up to the house next door and started working, My friend had to let them know they were at the wrong location and they came over to my place and didnt finish the work. They did not do the side yard and there was plenty of clearance. They were only at my house for approxiate 10 mins.

I purchased 2 Big Deals from Baldi Gardens Inc for lawn aeration, one for me and one as a gift. I did not realize that the gate needed to be at least 40" for the machine to get through. Neither of the gates were 40", so I can't take advantage of this great deal.

We have a contract with them, so they come out regularly. They are more expensive than other companies, but because of their right ups with Angie's List and they have awards every year being top rated and the reviews are always so good, we went with them just to try them. We are in Duncanville, so it is very difficult to find people on Angie's List that would come out here. There really are no local people on Angie's List currently, and I think that is the consumer's fault. These people are from Arlington and they were willing to come out here. Our lawn always looks well trimmed, edged and neat. We just had some issues with the fact that it is not greening up the way we would like it to, but he said we had to give it at least a year to come back, so it has not yet but it has not started growing yet either this year. We just got an estimate from them for filling in some dips in the lawn for a tree and it was just so outrageously high. So, I just wrote them yesterday and told them we need you to come down in that price, because that is just more money than this property should have spent on it. I sort of threatened them a little bit and said we went with you because of Angie's List and your high reputation. Leaning on that reputation, we would really like you to look at the cost again. I have not heard back from them yet. So, it is complicated. They are pricey, but we are hoping that it would be worth it. I think I can get the same service for less. Regarding my overall experience with them, I would give them a "B" because their service as far as the contract goes where the men come out and do the work is topnotch. The guys are good, they do their stuff and like I said the place always looks terrific but then when it comes to actually dealing with the higher ups about what we want to see happening then that becomes kind of a roundabout thing so that is why I would give them a "B." Their price is high and I have not felt yet that it was worth it. They are always very professional.

We booked Baldi Gardens through services here on Angie's List. They never showed. Our first appointment was on a Friday. We planned our day around it. We got a call 40 minutes beforehand when Carlo said that he had a problem on another job site and wasn't going to make it. Although it wrecked our day, we also understand that things happen. We then rebooked for three days later. My husband rushed home from work for this appointment. Carlo never showed.. No phone call, nothing. We would not recommend this company. We will not use this company.

Went just fine. Tried calling to order more to cover the front beds but never heard back.
