It was not what I thought it was going to be. A couple of them came out and they looked around for me. I thought I was going to get a landscape plan, but what I got was a page 8x11 that was a diagram. It was something that would involve ripping everything out and installing new landscaping. I thought it would involve keeping what was already there and showing me how it could be improved. It did what it was advertised and I called them and asked them about the plans and they said that that they emailed to me.; which they did.

He has one more service to do. He notifies me when he lets me know when he is going to come out. He then leaves a copy of what he had done since I am not here when he does the service. I can tell a difference in the lawn now that he has done the 2 treatments and we have had some rain in the area.

The aeration went well and I’d say I noticed a difference afterwards. There were no issues with scheduling and they were right on time. I would use them again next year.

Nice guy, but found that it was a waste of money as I saw zero difference in my lawn.

It was fine. I've used them before and they are great. They very knowledgeable and on time. They did what they were suppose to do.

We were very happy. They did what they said they would do. They called ahead. The lawn is looking good.

The landscape plan was presented on a large color layout which enabled us to visualize the proposal and discuss the details in depth. The landscape architect did a good job of capturing our rough ideas and incorporating them into a plan that was both quite practical and very artistic. We were pleased with the plan and have used it to have bids submitted for the landscape work it entailed. We would definitely use this approach again on any major landscaping work.

several areas were missed and the overall work was not as good as in the past

The first few months of weekly maintenance went fine with only a few minor speed bumps. However, in the past six months, the service has dropped off dramatically despite making them aware of my concerns. I have had several plants die at least two months ago that still have not been replaced (they guarantee and replace foliage if you are under contract with them). I have asked repeatedly for more river rocks and composite granite for my backyard but have been ignored. Originally when I signedup for the weekly service, I was told I would never have to worry aboutanything in the yard and that I shouldn't notice when anything needed attention because it would be tended to right away. I have been relegated to replacing the plants myself because the empty spots looked so bad week after week of waiting on them. I spend a lot of time pulling weeds that their crew should have taken care of. I signed up for the service so I wouldn't have to hassle with the outside but it has been anything but that. I like the Baldi family on a personal level, but I am so frustrated at this point, I am looking for another landscaper to upkeep my yard.

I purchased eight hours of landscaping work for $299 as part of an Angie's List special. The team showed up on time, were very courteous and did good work. I'd use them again.

Their service was good but we did not renew our contract with them. We just felt like they weren't doing anything for our lawn but just mowing it. We talked to them many, many times about how to improve the lawn and they would try various things. And it just never worked! Plus, they were more expensive than others that we looked at. So we thought they would be really super duper. Plus they had Angie's List high ratings. I told them I understand that they have this really high rating but that doesn't mean that everyone is just going to love them. And apparently we are not one of those people. He wrote back really nicely and told me he agreed with my assessment of the relationship and said they are just not for everybody. For us it just didn't work out, that's all. They came out weekly and they did a super job however our lawn never really looked all that good.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional costs. They provided what they said they would through the deal. However, the fertilizer and the weed treatment did not take care of the weeds adequately. They came back a few weeks later for the aeration which was fine. I would recommend to others to ask the company about the products and what they use to treat the yard and to be careful about it.

I was not happy at all. The grass burnt up. It was not good, and we told him never to call again. We had purchased the big deal for $99, and I just let it go. They were supposed to do 3 sessions, and I told them never to call again. It was okay until the last session, and then everything just burned up. I know it was him, because he just splashed.

Baldi Gardens made their second trip out yesterday and they've been very professional. I seem to be getting good results with it. It was fine.

Their landscape plan was awesome and they tailored it to our needs.

I bought a deal on Angie's list to get my lawn aerated for $55. I needed to get my lawn aerated as part of a lawn renovation project I worked on. Baldi was willing to work with my schedule and when they came out they got the job done and did it right.

Great job. I bought the Big deal and it took several weeks before they came out because I was "finishing up" the area I wanted the mulch. They were very patient with me. I asked Carlo for a quote for some other work, and I thought he came in pretty high, but would consider using them again for smaller jobs. The crew that came out was super professional and they did an excellent and meticulous job.

After we purchased the service the owner Giuseppe Baldi immediately contacted us via email with available dates and provided the service in a timely matter. We were away at the time of service, but they left everything neat and tidy and preformed the aeration without incident and with no damage to our irrigation system. I would definitely use their services again and would recommend them to anyone needing yard services.

This is a service that is very affected by weather conditions. It was good that they always kept me informed about date changes and always left a sign on the yard to show that they have been around. The lawn appearance stared to improve right after the first treatment and it now looks great. Due to the results I moved to a long term contract with Baldi Gardens and so far I am pleased with the results.

Carlo and another person came to my place and did a great job listening to my ideas and incorporating them into a nice design. I was impressed with the design and the feedback and responses with Carlo for this work effort.

I will have to admit with their treatments my yard came in very good this year. They took care of most minor weed problems I had. Only complaint I had was their timing was a little late by a month of so for each of the treatments. Probably do to the fact they sold so many $99 Angies specials. Yes I will use again!!

Not quite sure on date and price by this point but they flagged my sprinklers and were two very polite young men. The equipment that they use seemed to tear up my yard vs, punch holes in it. I have had this done before and I have done it before. This machine punched some holes but it also took out large patches of grass. I filled in most with sand but it was a little disturbing. Also, it was a tight fit into my back yard and one of my yard lights was knocked over and pulled up. I was able to repair the wire so no harm no fowl. Overall, I liked the people, they seemed very capable the yard was more than aerated.... it was a little torn up.

On time and Called me. Did not have a run a round. 5 star.

Like I said the service is so simple they did both the front and back yard.

They're most friendly. It went really well. They only aerated in the front yard. Everything up to that point, they we're wonderful.
