Service purchased was outside service area, so service was not performed. Refund was prompt and responsiveness was excellent.

My experience has been good. We have some issues that they're going to follow through on regarding the sod that we had put in. The owner/manager came out to supervise. He seemed to have good workmen. My only problem was that they got the sods from several different locations and one part of the sod looked dried out and didn't look good from the beginning and we talked about that and I took pictures and talked to the owner and they're going to replace that in the spring at the appropriate time. We plan to use them again. We know we'll have more work in the future so we will definitely use them again.

The designer was exceptional. The crew was knowledgeable about plants, especially in this part of the country. The pergola was outstanding. Half way through, my wife changed the design and the builder said that was no problem.

Crew was on time. Work diligently. Kept me informed on progress. Our front beds look great.

We bought a special off of Angie's List. We were emailed and told when the aeration would take place. They got here, did the front yard, and left. When we noticed later that they had been here we had to call to find out why they hadn't done the back yard. The right guy wasn't there and we had to leave a message. A few days later we get a call back saying they couldn't get around our truck in the driveway to get to the backyard. We scheduled another time for them to come out and do the back yard (which took quite a few days to get onto the schedule for also because email was down??? Like they couldn't call?). We had the truck out of the driveway, they came out, then they said they couldn't do the service in the backyard because we have steps and the machine is too heavy to go up and down. My husband talked to the guy about what we could do to square up the cost, suggested other services, etc. He said he wasn't the one to make those decisions, the owner would have to. Sooo, here we are, 12 days later, with a job less than half done, fully paid for. I expected a lot more from the reviews we saw. At any point when they were here the first time they could have called us to ask if we were home and could we move the truck. They could have called us and told us about the problem after they left instead of us having to go track the guy down and leave messages and wait because no one in the company knows that anything happened. They could have posted in the ad that they couldn't do stairs. The owner could have, and should have, gotten on the phone with me right away after the second time to see what he could do to offer to make things right!! We have struggled trying to find a decent, reliable landscaping company, and this is just another sub par company with seemingly no real business model or management involved. Just people getting around to whatever they get around to and if it isn't you or your lawn, too bad, oh well.

They came when they said they would and did the job quickly with no issues.

They could not give an exact time during the day but said around 3pm workers showed up at 130 and I had to rush home. Also the person weed eating broke every landscape light in my front yard. |

Baldi Gardens was terrific in the initial stages, they were very responsive to our questions about what to plant, and they have extensive knowledge about their plants. We were very impressed with the pre-planting relationship but after all was planted because we didn't sign on for their regular maintenance we felt like we were forgotten. We had many plants die after a sprinkler malfunction (which they were responsible for) but though they replaced some plants we do not believe that we have received replacement for all of the plants that died due to that problem. They also planted a large bed near our signage that has nut grass galore which grows much more heartily than the plants installed and their only response was that we need to pull it out and spray with the nut grass killer. We pull it almost every week and you cannot get ahead of it and we were told elsewhere that the weed killer could hurt the other plants in that area so the battle continues. My greatest concern is that we have never had a nut grass issue in that area until they planted so it must have been in either the soil or plants which they brought in. Overall we were very disappointed in the service of Baldi Gardens and could not recommend them for commercial work.

Will and Rigo (I think that was the helper's name) did a FABULOUS job! our yard needed lots of TLC and that is esactly what they gave it. WE are delighted with the work they did. The grape vines that were completely covering the Nandina plants are gone!! The rose bushes are tame, the dead plants from the winter kill are gone, the overgrown bed are cleared, the grass is cut. I can see the fence behind the shrubs and I can look out the bedroom window without thinking I am in a forest! And the air conditioning unit can breathe again. Again, we are delighted with the work and the price and recommend this company highly. Thanks, guys for a great job!!

Went great.... St Augustine lawn was hanging in there but looking puny..... now I have to say it looks the best its looked since we moved in!

They came and cut all the crepe myrtles and holly bushes along the fence line where my neighbors have let them grow into trees. They tied up all the limbs and carted to the curb for me. They pulled out a dead bush as well. Weeded the flower beds, trimmed bushes and dug up little trees growing in my various flower beds. They were very nice and quick to let me know when there was more time available and were very helpful with suggestions of what they could do. I will be hiring them again.

They did what they were supposed to do.

He did exactly what he was supposed to do. They got the job done in about 30 minutes. He let me know when he was here and also when he was done.

I didn?t get any notification they were coming on a certain day for the weed and feed part so I could secure my dog and unlock the gate to the back yard. They only did they front yard. They came back later for the aeration. This time with a prior notice and again only did the front yard. The gap for the back gate had to be 40" and mine was 36", that was my fault for assuming my gate was a standard size and was wide enough. Later I found a way I could temporarily make the gap wide enough by removing part of the fence but they refused to come back and do the back yard even though I had paid for up to 11,000 sq feet. I notice on their latest Big Deal that for aeration, the minimum width on the gates is now 30". Did they get a smaller machine or something? I didn?t want to pay again just for the back yard. To give some credit to them the aeration looked good and clean and there were good size holes made in the soil.

We will call them for more service.

It turned out great. They did what they needed to do. They called me to let me know to keep the kids and dogs off the grass and I appreciated the follow up. I would absolutely use them again.

Everything turned out well, and we had no problems with the service.

He put together a pretty good plan. I told him that I was looking for something that was a little more drought resistant. He redid the plan and gave me what I was looking for. I’m pretty satisfied with this service. It took about a week to get the plans together.

It was fine. They did what they were suppose to do. They were on time . They did a good job.

It was wonderful. They did a great job. They called and told me when they were coming. They were professional. I will continue to use them.

Great! They sent 4 young men to work. All were hardworking and very polite.

I called them a few days before the scheduled appointment saying I needed to have someone come over so I could purchase the materials and plants needed ahead of time. The receptionist said they could not have a consultation with me because the price I paid for the deal was so cheap. After going back and forth for at least twenty minutes she agreed to send someone out but the time taken for the consultation would be deducted from the eight hours I paid for. Ricardo came out, told me to buy ten bags of mulch but didn't really seem interested in the conversation. I ended up purchasing eight bags of mulch because ten seemed high, they only ended up using five and half bags which reflected his lack of attention when he came. They have a great crew and they left my flower beds looking beautiful. They cleaned up everything for me and did exactly what I asked them to do. However, I would not use them again due to my experience with the management.

The first appointment scheduled was for "between 3:00 and 3:30pm". I left work and was home at 3:00pm. They never showed. Contacted them and found out their guys "came early". I received no phone call or anything. I really needed the work done so I rescheduled. The second time they were to be there at 2pm. Again, I left work early and was home by 1:30. Another no show. Apparently they had several of their crew not show up for work. They told me to go ahead and ask Angie's List for a refund - which I did. My request for a refund is "under consideration" since it was past the 30-day time frame. I told Angie's List that since it took me that long for Baldi Gardens to no show 2 times, I didn't think it was right to punish me due to lack of service by the provider. I'm still waiting for a ruling.
