Mike was very professional and did excellent work for a fair price.

John was very professional. He told me the price up front. He ran the wires through my ceiling. He installed a deep plug in the wall so that the plugs would not stick out and it would be easier to mount the television. He knew what he was doing. He was very efficient. I am very pleased!

Technician was very professional. Although I could not use the $349 deal that I purchased, he offered me services of an equivalent $ amount that day so that my time was not wasted.

I was very pleased because they were honest, reasonably priced, and punctual. They looked at my lights and after trying to get them to work, told me honestly they were not going to work with the retrofit kit due to the kind of lights I already had. Therefore, they helped me out repair what I already had at a very reasonable price. I told them I was very thankful they didn't put the light kits up if I was not going to be happy with them in the long run.

It went OK on the long run, but scheduling and punctuality was a disturbing problem as was failure to communicate with me.

Went well, have utilized a few times.

Wife said it went very well as I couldn't be there for that appointment. He did a lot of work at our house and was very professional when preforming his work.

Very well. Technician (Mike) arrived as scheduled and performed the work quickly and with no mess at all. He also explained that no maintenance is required and the units are guaranteed - just call Clements if there is any difficulty or problems. He also showed me where the equipment was installed inside the boxes - lower right hand corner attached to the largest breaker in each box.

Head of company came looked over job explained what would be done, explained all the surprises which was good since one doesn't do this type of thing maybe once. I had been reading about the breaker box I had and problems that could happen, having it replaced has given us piece of mine that we would not have a fire, which was a big problem with th old unit over 35 years old

Professional quality work in a good amount of time, cleaned up after himself.

It went great! John came out and he was extremely knowledgeable and professional and personable. Answered any questions we had we really appreciated him being thorough and friendly.

The lights transformed my living room. THey did a great job!

I really liked him. He was really nice. I just get a little frustrated when we have any sort of technicians or anybody come and they try to talk to you with other services. We weren't planning on getting our kitchen lighting redone at that time but he said, "Well, it would be better if you had this kind and I need to order this kind for you. You need to have them changed." I really don't mind having them changed. I just kind of get tired of having someone come in to do one thing and they tried to talk you in something else.

No issues, John seemed experienced and knowledgeable of work that was needed.

I truly believe I was supernaturally guided to this company. I am having problems finding the words that would adequately describe the absolute care and service I was greeted with from the very first phone call My life is so busy with so many demands Place upon me that is actually been about 8 months since I needed their services and I have just now finally had a moment to write this review despite my having carried a deep appreciation for their professionalism, personalized care for my family which included making sure to assess the situation the very day I called. My mother-in-law's main power line coming into her house was so badly damaged that the risk of Fire was extremely high. The people at Clements electric work with me late into the evening preparing me for the aspects of the job which I had to deal with the city directly. And then they were at my mother-in-law's house at 5 a.m. the next morning. They truly truly gave my family situation the priority it needed, probably saving my mother-in-law's house from fire and my marriage from her needing to move in with us. {Just kidding Mom} Every employee I came in contact with was not only an excellent representation of an upstanding business in our community but also the purest example of mankind at his very best I am sorry it has taken so long for me to get this review written for you And to anyone needing an electrician, you truly are doing yourself a disservice if you do not at least contact this company to explain your situation and see for yourself what it is like to have a friend handle the unexpected headache that has injected itself into your life.

The biggest issue that i had was that he never gave me an estimate on time or cost. I ended up paying more than the cost of the water heater. The person that initially installed it installed it backwards and it was heating up properly.

Mike Clements showed up to my house 4 hours late after calling saying he would be there within 30 minutes.Hung all 4 fans,3 of them wobbled,he said there was nothing he could do about it because they were new fans.He replaced my two plugs,they were looser than before he replaced them and within 4 days they were tripping the breaker again.He said he would come and fix them,that was 3 months ago.He won't answer phone or call me back.I feel that paying him 1289.00,I should have had better service.Very unprofessional and over priced

Appointment was scheduled with a two hour window. Nobody came or called. So I tried calling four times that afternoon and left messages for them to call me and advise when I could expect them. 24 hours later they still have not called back . Their automated phone system does not allow you to talk to a real person. Even if you know your party's extension it goes to voice mail.

I just loved working with these guys. From the owner, to the techs to the office everything went really well. They were flexible and thorough.

Very well. He did the replacement quickly and also did a whole home surge protector for the house and our guest house. The week before we had our pool pump fail after a power outage/power surge. We are now good to go. Good and responsible service. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service. I paid the money through Angie's List and no work has been completed! I want my money back!

Mike came in the day I called them and was able to do all the random items on my list without any issues. He came in to see about the electrical issues within my house and determined that what I had been told earlier was incorrect and I didn't actually need all of that work done. I had been quoted (by the other company) over $4K, so Clements Electric saved me a TON of money by fixing what was necessary and not what was nonexistent. I will definitely be recommending them to anyone who needs electrical work on their house.

It was okay. Actually I need a followup on that, to come back out and do some small things. The guy that came out was I guess the owner or the guy in charge, I don't know what his role was but he was very knowledgeable, gave me a quote on the spot, told me what could and couldn't be done and then the service tech that actually came out and did the work was somebody different and the completeness wasn't quite there and then he wrote on the panel sentences about where things were and what he had done. So rather than in nice single or just single words or 2 words to describe what the circuit was, he wrote complete sentences in just really scrawled handwriting on the inside of the circuit breaker panel. And so now I've got an almost $18.00 circuit breaker panel with an essay on the inside of it. It just doesn't look nice. Did they do the work? Yes, did they agree to come out and fix some things? Yes, but when I walk away with a panel with an essay written in magic marker on the inside of it, it just looks like a kindergartner did it. So do I knock a letter off and give him a B because of that or do I grade on simply the fact that they did the work? I don't know. The price was on par, it wasn't like super duper but he did give me some breaks. He hasn't called me back to say they are still planning to come back out. He was free to come and go when he pleased, it wasn't an emergency. I'd probably call them in the future but I'd specify a different tech.
