Great - tech was professional, called ahead and arrived on time. Got right to work and completed work as requested. Will absolutely use them again. Very pleased with the work and the service - all work was completed for the coupon charge - no supplemental fees.

Still waiting for some communication as to why the electrician did not show up or call for my scheduled appointment. I purchased this deal for a light fixture installation and received an automated response to call the number provided to schedule an appointment. When I called the number, I was instructed to leave a message. I left one, then two, as I did not hear anything back. I decided to try and message via Angie's list and did receive a message back the following day stating that they had an appointment available for the following week on Tues from 3-5 and asked for my phone number so they could "reach out" me. I replied that that appointment was great and left my number. I did not hear anything back in response. When Tuesday rolled around, I sent another message via Angie's list to make sure that I was booked between 3-5. I promptly received a message stating that, yes, indeed, I was and that I would be receiving a call 30 mins prior to the electrician's arrival. Great. At 5:15 on Tuesday when I had not seen nor heard from anyone from Clements, I attempted to call the business phone number once again to try and see if they were just running late. Of course, I was instructed to leave another message which has been ignored. No one has "reached out" to me to explain, apologize or attempt to reschedule the missed appointment. They just simply did not show and have not responded as to why. I am asking for a refund so that I may use a company that is reliable, responds to phone calls and shows up for scheduled appointments.

Merchant scheduled an appointment for estimate then didn't bother to show up or even call ahead to cancel. Cost me valuable time from work for what?! BEWARE! Tells me alot about this company.

They did a very good job. We were selling the house and it had gone through inspection and this was on the to-do list. Professional workers and we were able to pass inspection. They also gave us a 90 day parts and labor warranty. We haven't heard anything from the purchasers that there was an issue, so great work!

The light install was fine. The heater/vent install was cumbersome. He tried to install the heater/vent next to the shower, given the heater/ vent had a light. The first spot he chose had a structure in the way, so it left me with a hole in my ceiling. He moved the vent over and left a half inch gap from mis-measuring I suppose, After I provided him with a tape measure I guess I thought it would be handled properly. I asked him to connect it to a three way switch, he put a one way over two way. I did not understand why he did that way and it had been awhile and needed to go to an eye appointment. My wife liked the kitchen light install, but was disappointed on the heater/vent install. We previously had a similar heater/vent installed from another electrician in the other bathroom with no issues all.

Efficient , helpful and timely. The only issue I have is the office connect with the employee is that he didn't get his message. I've called the office and left messages but he never called back. I had to call him. Other than that, he was great!

Several changes to electrical service by previous owners didn't meet code. They upgraded the breaker panel and changed the service, rewired the line to the AC system. The "C" in responsiveness is because after the first inspection/estimate we scheduled a day to day to do the work. The electrician came that day without knowing exactly was going to be done and therefore didn't have the parts he needed. Since nothing could be done that day he had to come back later in the week. I had taken a day off work to be there and the miscommunication caused a serious inconvenience. The work was done in one day and met all my expectations.

He was very quick and. Very friendly. Would recommend and will use them again if we need Any electrical work!

It's fine now. We had a little problem with them but they did everything okay and got everything fixed fine. I didn't pay more.

They never returned my calls.

The supervisor came out repaired my outdoor lights on July 7, 2015 stated he could not complete the work. Then he proceed to repair the kitchen lights, and the outdoor motion lights over the garage door. The problem is the garage lights we're install over house numbers which is required in the neighborhood. Also this owner stated that he will complete the job in eight days and it will be done correct. He did not show he sent someone else who could not complete the job. I bought a big deal from Clement Electric for $89 which end up $815.00. If I had not bought the big deal, I would had cancel when I call him since he could not come in two days. I went without lights for two and a half weeks. I did not find out that this company is in Mansfield until I purchased the big deal. If I had known about this I would not had purchase this about he lives too far.

They came on time. Did the work promptly. Solved a problem with the new location. Finished early.

Clements Electric responded immediately when I bought the whole-house surge protector "deal" through Angies List. The appointment was within 2 working days and Clements Electric was on time and very professional. He took time to explain how the surge protector works and also explained about new, energy-saving recessed ceiling lamps. Now I have a reliable electrician I can call in the future.

mike called ,and set up a time for him to install the device,came out at that time ,and had it installed in seem like minutes,put everything back together ,and left.

He installed two light fixtures and replaced one switch. Everything was satisfactory and he arrived on schedule. I think I overpaid because he was here an hour and a half, but it was my fault for not giving him enough work.

The electrician was very nice and professional. However, he did not have the tools to perform the work although I specified to the dispatcher what I wanted done. I ended up having the service performed by a company that specialized in patio/fireplace electrical work.

He was basically creating short in my outlets and tripping my breakers. That is how he finds out what breaker to label. Suggested work: 1. Electrician suggested I replace my whole electrical panel ; ( My panel is less than 2 years old) ???? 2. Install 2 ground rods 3. Run new copper feed to main breaker ( mine is aluminum) 4. Install whole house surge protector ( mine does not work) 5. Upgrade outside Electric Meter box to 200AMP ( mine is 125 AMP according to him) 6. Run new copper feed from electrical service cable to Meter box and replace Weatherhead For all this above $2200 Same day I called in another local "master" electrician to get second opinion. He came for free to examine my situation since I was not sure if I needed to get all that work done. He told me that I did not need to replace Electrical Panel, only to rewire it. He suggested that all other stuff mentioned is upgrade and good to have but not required, simply good upgrade. We made a deal and I paid him $800 . After everything was done, he used label machine to label my circuit breaker panel, like true professional.

I bought an Angie's list deal 2 installed for 149. I had existing ones but they were very old and one was hanging by a wire. The scheduling was great, the guy showed up on time and was professional. He installed the two and one more with new ones, he told me my breaker box was good, but would benefit from a surge protector. He quoted a reasonable price and did it all in one day. I will call them again if I need anything. He was done in about 1.5 hours.

He said he would send an email estimate, which I have not yet received, but was able to give me a ballpark figure for costs overall. He assured me that nothing was in an emergency condition!
