BC Fencing was professional, quick to respond to requests and follow-up comments, on-time and did a quality job.

Bill texted me the estimate for the fence and gate repair. They felt that two gates could be repaired (another company did not think they were worth repairing). They did recommend replacing the front section of fence and took the time to show us why. The back section that fell over is apparently unique (multiple companies thought this). I have a raised yard with a stone retaining wall. The wood fence sits on top of the retaining wall but the section behind the pool equipment sticks out further than the rest of the fence. It apparently did not have as much support which contributed to it falling over. They estimated $1,040 to rehang and repair the section that fell, totally replacing the front section and one gate, and repairing one main gate and one small gate in our side yard. They completed the work timely and came out and did some final minor adjustments that were needed.

He did what he said he would do. He was a good provider and his price is very reasonable.

5/13/14 - I came home at 2:30 PM and waited, By 4:30 no one had called or come by so I tried to call Bill. This time the call went to voice mail and I explained the situation. 5/14/14 - There was no response from the company by mid-day so I vented on Angie's list in the form of an "F" rating. Bill returned later returned my call at 8 PM but the damage had already been done and I declined to reschedule. 5/15/14 - After receiving my "F" rating Bill sent me a lengthy text at 8 AM (apparently he takes Angie's list as seriously as I do). After a heated exchange I offered him a chance to come out for an estimate to set things right and he accepted. This time Bill came out personally and he even gave me a heads up that he would be around 10 minutes early. Despite the rocky start, I found Bill to be very knowledgeable about design, materials and options. I will update the review if we utilize his services.

They showed up when they said they would. They completed the work in two days. The fence was straight and looked better than before it was repaired. They kept in contact with me throughout the process and always asked for my approval on things they found during the repairs. I will use them again when I need more fence work done. When Bill came out to look at the fence and what I wanted done, he explained what they would do and pointed out things that other companies did not even mention.

We spoke on 04/14 and he requested I text a pic of the fence portion that needed repair. He texted me the quote of $150.00 minutes after he received the pic. He said he would arrive at my house at 8:30 on 04/15 and he was right on time. I was not home and he started work right away. I arrived a little while later. He did an excellent job fixing my fence and cleaning up afterwards. I will definitely use him again!

Bill and his crew did an excellent job with an exasperating situation. My yard is a corner lot and quite large. In addition, a gate large enough to drive a truck through had been built by previous owners, very inexpertly. Bill totally rebuild the gate which made it more functional for my husband and me. He was always prompt, professional and courteous. His crew was also very courteous, hardworking and diligent. The job was finished when it had been promised and my husband and I couldn't be happier with the final product. We will have no qualms about contracting with Bill for work in the future and won't hesitate to recommend him should we be asked.

Great job and extremely easy to work with. They were able to squeeze us in pretty quickly. They were able to identify and explain what caused the issues with our previous fencing and take steps to prevent it in the future. I would gladly use them again.

Very professional encounter. From the very beginning, Bill communicated well, came out on a Sunday to give me a quotation. Pricing was not the highest, and not the lowest, but certainly competitive. Everything was right on the schedule provided, and I couldn't be more pleased with the finished product. I would highly recommend Condor Fencing for your fencing needs.

Overall we are very pleased with BC Remodeling's work on our fence. The new section of the fence looks great and appears extremely sturdy. The new gate opens and closes seamlessly. The repaired sections of the fence (where broken posts used to be) now stand up straight and the fence no longer leans. The new holes with concrete appear to be dug deep and well. My only complaint in the process was the pricing. The pricing for the new fence section and post replacements seemed very reasonable up front, but I was surprised that an additional charge was added for the horizontal rails on the day of service. It is frustrating since as a homeowner, you don't feel like you have any options the day of service... you are stuck with the additional charge as everyone is waiting to work. However, with that said, the work is good and I would be happy to use the company again as long as the price was confirmed beforehand.

The experience w/BC Remodeling was a good one. I received quotes from 3 different companies. BC Remodeling wasn't the cheapest but it was the best value. I received a higher grade fence for a great price. The service was great too. Unfortunately, one of the steel posts severed my sprinkler line. I have a huge yard and didn't notice it for almost two months. I contacted Bill, and he came out and fixed the sprinkler line. I know every company makes mistakes, and I was very pleased with the way it was handled. I will definitely use BC Remodeling again when I replace the north side of my fence next summer.

I thought I had left a review for BC Remodeling a long time ago, but apparently I forgot (so the cost and the date are estimated, as I don't remember exactly). Bill built a custom cabinet for us back in summer 2013. We moved into a house with a built-in cabinet in the living room, but the space for the TV was really tall and was open all the way to the ground (was made for the older big screen TVs that had the huge speaker on the bottom and were designed to sit directly on the floor). We had Bill build us a 2-door cabinet for the lower portion of that large open space, so that we could sit the tv on top of the cabinet, and put our equipment inside the cabinet. It turned out great. After painting and adding hardware, it looks just like it was built-in to begin with.

I had contacted 3 other contractors and had 3 different quotes before I called Bill at BC Remodeling. As soon as he came out and we got to talking, I knew he was the man for the job. Bill is super friendly and has a very professional demeanor. After taking some measurements he told me we were looking at a 2-3 week lead time. I travel a lot for work, so from this point on my contact with Bill was all via text and email. I was able to transfer him a deposit and keep up with the progress of the work being done through email. Bill is always punctual and goes above and beyond in all aspects of his job. He emailed me if he had any questions or wanted to know how I preferred certain details of the fence before he installed them (like which way I wanted the gates to open). He also sent me progress photos on the work being done. It took about 2 days for the fence to be completed and the project site to be cleaned up. Once I got back into town and inspected the fence, I gave the second half of the fence payment to Bill. He did an exceptional job. The fence is super sturdy, has very clean lines, and it level/flush in all the right places. He truly builds one h*** of a fence. I highly recommend Bill and BC Remodeling!!! We will definitely have him come back out to build an entertainment center in our living room when we're ready! My Wife and I couldn't be happier with our new fence! You're awesome, Bill! Left a voice mail for BC Remodeling and Bill Connor called me back within a day. He came over and gave an estimate a few days later, and had the fence built a week later. We had mature tall nandina lining both sides of our old chain link fence. Bill's crew selectively cut the nandina to preserve as much as they could. End result is it looks like the new fence has been there forever. The fence looks great! The price was right! And Bill and his crew couldn't have been more responsive, attentive, or professional in building this fence.

Bill Connor returned my initial phone call very promptly and came by the house the next day to provide and estimate to repair a section of fencing and gate that was leaning so badly that the gate would no longer close. We scheduled to have the work done a few days later. He removed three steel posts that were not deep enough to keep the poles straight which was causing it to lean. He reset three steel posts and re-attached the section of fencing and the gate. It not only closes properly but look much better. Bill was very professional, courteous and provided good quality work for us. We will definitely recommend him to our friends.

I had a wonderful experience with Bill. He has wonderful and hard working employees. Bill was prompt on answering my questions and phone calls. My fence looks so awesome!! I will definitely use him for more work.

They came out on the 23rd of April and the service was fine. I pay him $50 more to replace more slabs than what was contracted for on this thing. They showed up on time and did what they were suppose to do.

I would not just ignore any customer for no reason the work you requested is work we love to do. Please look at our feedback and understand that I was/still going through a loss in my family. We strive to do our best but cannot please every customer or situation.

The fence turned out great. I got the quality that I wanted in a cedar fence. I went with a grade 1 on the boards, due to the fact there are less knots, so it will last longer. Bill was very good at communicating when they would start and how long it would take. A job well done!

I am very happy with Bill and his BC Remodeling company. I had a situation where I had a work order with a company to install the new cedar fence for my house as well as the neighbors. After installing the metal posts, they tried to pass off non-cedar pickets to install and luckily, I caught them before the work was finished. So, I ended up with all meta posts put up with no fence. Of course, all of this happened two days before I was going to leave for a month trip overseas. I was not taking chances, so, I shopped around for the materials directly from cedar depots and I needed BC Remodeling to provide me the labor for installation of the fence. When I called Bill, he was very professional and very clear on everything. And he was able to do the job in one day notice. Unfortunately, I was not able to get the materials delivered before my trip. I indicated Bill the same and he was very flexible in scheduling. After my return, I had the Dallas Cedar Company deliver the materials directly to my house and it so happened that they delivered them the day before July 4th. Bill went out of his way to come out on July 4th and have the fence installed on the same day as he had other jobs that were lined up after that day. I was very impressed with his professionalism for taking time out on July 4th to do a fantastic job on the fence. We agreed upon $80/Hr labor and he indicated to initially it will take around 10 hours to perform the job. It took about 11 1/2 hours to finish the job but he only charged me for 10 hours of labor. Overall, it has been an extremely pleasant experience and will use Bill and his company in future without any doubt.

I was looking for someone to replace broken wooden fence post. After few bad experiences with other fencing companies (unprofessional or no response), I contacted Bill based on the reviews. I was not disappointed. He gave an honest estimate and told me the quote could have been even lower if I stayed close to his work area. However, I found the quote pretty reasonable and told him to go ahead with the replacement. He was again upfront about scheduling and said he will let me know by end of the week regarding scheduled date. He messaged me a on Friday and say he can come on Monday or latest by Tuesday. As I was not in a hurry and this is a small job I was OK with it and just asked him to give me a call before he came over so that I can be there (and also because we have dogs). On Tuesday July 2nd, he messaged that he will be there by evening to replace the post. He came with 2 other guys and replaced the post. He was very attentive and addressed all my concerns. The post was replaced in a short time and work was of good quality. Overall Bill was very professional and I appreciate the fact that he always kept me informed. I would definitely recommend him and would not hesitate to use his services again.

I called Bill Collins on Wed., June 19th and on Sat. he came to look over the job. He called later with the estimate. Bill had done work for me at another house and I knew the quality of his work. I felt the estimate was a very reasonable amount for the work that was being done. We arranged for him to start work on Mon., July 1st but early that morning, he called to let me know that he had a man out that day. We changed to Tues., July 2nd. He and his team arrived as scheduled and began work. Bill and his guys were courteous, professional and experienced. We have a large yard and I had expected the job might take more than one day, however, they were finished by 6:30 p.m. I would definitely recommend BC Remodeling for fence replacement or repair.

Bill and his crew did an outstanding job. They really delivered! The fence looks fantastic (I will be adding pictures soon, if possible) and has really added to the curb appeal of the house. Bill and his crew are what I would say Angie's list is all about and I highly recommend him to anyone considering fence or woodwork. My neighbor is considering getting the other part of his fence done by Bill as well. Bill was neither the highest nor the lowest bid for the job, but his warranty and his reviews on Angies list sold me. We finalized by email and he pulled the permit and was able to fit me in a few days earlier than promised. Crew arrived on time. Had the entire fence dismantled in a day and the posts in right away. That evening they even had plastic fence net up for safety as my neighbor has a pool. Over the next two days the crew worked diligently to get the fence up. Bill was there everyday to watch progress and to ensure they were working up to commitment. In three days they were all done. His crew was experienced and did not have to be watched. They were no nails flying around and they cleaned up after themselves.When everything as done, he even had to move a couple of corbels and had to come back to customize the top adders as well as the trim to make the moved Corbels look nice. My HoA is picky about the stain, but when his first batches of samples did not work, he went out and brought a few more. Finally we agreed and a few weeks later his stain guy arrived and got the whole thing taken care of in a few hours. Bill went out of his way to please his customer and at the end of the day, that's what I'll remember.

He came out with his crew and removed the exhisting fence. He then installed a new cedar fence with gates as to the estimate he previously gave us. He did an excellent job and did not charge any more for the higher grade quality of pickets that were used. He promised to come back for any reason if we had any problems in the furure. He would be our first choice to have any more work done int the future!

It went great! I would highly recommend them.
