Our new fence looks great. Bill and his crew did an excellent job removing the old double fence and replacing it with a new board on board fence. The workmanship is excellent and everyone involved was very professional and responsive. I recommend BC Fencing for any fence project.

They came by the very next day after I called. The repair was done in about an hour and they cleaned up the area before they left. They texted me to update me on their arrival which I appreciated. Very happy with the work done and they will probably be on my shortlist for when I replace the whole fence.

The entire project went very well. Bill arrived on time; assessed and explained what work needed to be done and went to work. I found him to be very courteous, professional,and confident. Accommodating and hard working one man crew came to do work. He seemed to be experienced and was a conscientious, hard worker. Finished work came out very well. Wood was what we requested (cedar).

My initial phone call was returned promptly, and a quote was given quickly thereafter. The team arrived when they said they would, and finished the job within the day. We reviewed the entire back fence upon arrival, and some additional repairs and costs were discussed. Everything was completed just as we talked about, and it was all cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job, and I would recommend them and use them again.

Bill was very prompt, called back as soon as I purchased the maintenance package. Arrived on time the next day, gave me a reasonable quote to perform some additional repairs. The work was done by the time I got home. I noticed an area which was not done right, but Bill came back as soon as I called him and fixed it. Very professional, cares for his customers and getting the job done right.

Bill came out on a Sunday to meet with me and my husband. We needed to mitigate costs as much as possible and asked him if he would bid on the job if we prepped the fence. He said sure. He promptly texted me asking for stain color which I sent to him. It was raining all week and Bill called us to see if he could come to do the work earlier than we had planned, to miss the rain. Yes! He cleaned up after the job and left our premises spotless. I would definitely use him again and actually will call him to bid on staining my decks!

Bill came out on a Sunday in the cold rain to look at my falling fence (3 sections) to give me a quote. He came back later that week after an ice/snow storm and made the repairs. He replaced several posts, a lot of rails & pickets; he looked over the fence and nailed any loose boards. His quote did not go up after completing all the work. He is a very honest man & I will call him again for repairs or when it is time to replace my entire fence.

Bill responded to my phone call directly and while on spring break! He arranged to meet me at my house over the weekend for the estimate. Once he walked the fence and saw the gate he wrote up an easy to understand and very clear estimate of work and cost. I agreed to the job/cost he presented and so glad I did. Bill let me know the hour to be expecting them the night before the job. He and his helper showed up on time and went right to work. They we professional, skilled, worked on the project the entire time and had it finished along with helping me with my ant problem (at not cost to me) in a matter of hours. I couldn't believe it was the same fence and gate. The gate hasn't worked properly since moving in a couple years ago and I was sure if we had a big wind storm the entire fence would come down but now....I am worry free and can use the gate with ease. Wow...I was very impressed and would have Bill back in a heart beat if I need any thing else done. I will use him to put a new fence up, my decking or to build a beautiful arbor in my backyard as he is a very skilled wood craftsman (I got to see his portfolio while he wrote up the estimate) I would advise anyone who wants impressive/quality and reasonably priced woodwork done to call him first or last but call him you wont be disappointed! As he said....if it has to do with wood can him! Thank you Bill and helper!

Believe me, the old wooden shelves were a mess, barely put together, in the house we just bought. Bill came over on a Saturday, provided friendly, professional conversation regarding what we wanted for this large cabinet/closet, and provided an acceptable estimate. He returned on Wednesday with an additional employee to do the job in half a day. Along the way, he reviewed what he was doing and asked if I had any other requests. Caulked up any holes left from removal of old shelves. The quality of materials he used was excellent! Very strong. Bill did all the final finish work himself. The only thing we have to do is paint or cover the wood now. He also removed all debris and left the kitchen clean.

Highly recommend. Bill is personable, professional, and very knowledgeable. His crew is very efficient. Before installing the fence post Bill checked the area to determine why the post were leaning. In addition to the post not being installed deep enough a large tree root was pushing up against the retaining wall adding to the problem. The tree root was cut, the retaining wall pushed forward, and the fence post inserted about 12" deeper than the post that were replaced. An excellent job from start to finish.

Bill and his crew showed up on time every day, and did exactly what they said they would do. He was also very communicative, professional and helpful in explaining everything. They replaced many rotten/warped pickets and installed new steel and wood posts. They also replaced a latch and added a hinge to our walking gate, in addition to repainting entire fence. It looks amazing. I've had a very difficult time finding contractors in Dallas that will do the job right the first time around?I always have to call them back. BC Fencing will do the job right the first time! I was very happy with their work, and would recommend them to any one needing fence work done.

Bill is great to work with, punctual and professional. He replaced our fence that fell down after a storm with a quality wood product. The fence was then stained. He replaced the wood fence that surrounds pool equipment. The worker worked all day and into the evening to get the job done. No complaints whatsoever! Will use again.

Wow - what a great job. I had several different people come out and give me bids. There was a weather delay.. and then he told me that he couldn't replace my fence without replacing my neighbor's retaining wall. He went and talked to them directly... and as soon as he got thee go-ahead, they replaced the fence. Took less than three days and looks terrific! Great deal and all! Turns out that he also does remodeling and the best compliment I can pay someone is to tell them that I would hire them again... and it looks like I will!

Needed cedar fence repaired that was fire damaged. Most fence companies were "too busy" or outrageous estimates. These guys welcomed the work and did an excellent job at a fair price.

My fence is seven years old, and the gate had grown apart from the fence. There was a large gap in the gate which made the backyard viewable from the exterior. Additionally, the latch would no longer meet and close properly. I contacted BC by phone, and he told me to text him photos of the issue. After I texted the photos, he replied with a quote within 15 minutes. The price was agreeable, and I was able to schedule the service that same week (yay!) He estimated the time of service, and on that day, he kept in constant contact by text and phone to announce his arrival time. He fixed the gate in about 30 minutes. He installed a new latch, adjusted the bottom of the gate (so it would move more freely), and installed a new piece of wood to block the view into the backyard. Very pleased with my working gate!
