There were some style and communication hurdles as the process was carried out, but the BC employees repeatedly asked for the ok's to go forward and clarified our desires in the style of both the fence, and the gates. The end result is fantastic :)

Bill and his crew arrived on time and worked very hard for several days to get the new fence completed as well as a deck. They were very professional and cleaned up before leaving for the day. They stayed late to get the work done before the holiday weekend. The fence and deck look fantastic and I can tell the materials are of great quality. They also removed my old fence and even added a reinforcement under my patio doors at no cost. I highly recommend him and will call on him again for furture work.

He told us he could do something that other carpenters claimed could not be done. Turns out that he did it and it looks great! Saved us a bunch of money.

The owner was extremely friendly and fit us into his schedule quickly. He did fantastic work and was very accommodating. His prices were also very reasonable.

BC Remodeling-Fencing did a great job in repairing my fence and gates. I was having issues with my dogs getting out of my back yard and since the repairs were made, no further occurrences. YAY! They were very prompt in responsiveness for a scheduled repair session and once the big day arrived, they texted me at work that they were on their way and then afterwards, that the reparis had been made and no additional work/$$$ was needed. The Big Deal of $99 covered everything. I would definitely use them again - in fact, they are a top candidate for my bathroom remodel.

The nailing of the loose boards went well. Wanted a couple other boards replaced, but he advised against that, as it could lead to additional costs. I was a little dissapointed in that.

Left work to meet representative at home. I authorized extra work listed above for extra fee. Representative seemed anxious to get the job done and move on. I had to get back to work. When I returned home that evening, it seemed to me that several of the pickets that should have been replaced were not and several that were not that bad were replaced. Overall, it was an OK job.

There were two men working. I think it was a very good experience. I think they went beyond what they needed to. I definitely got my moneys worth. They did a really good job.

They were responsive and showed up on time. I would definitely hire Bill and his crew in the future.

Scheduling was a little rough and got changed twice. Once Bill arrived though, the job was done fine.

I had two gates that were badly in need of repair and several slats and poles that needed to be replaced. They came out without me having to home and repaired everything that we discussed. They completed the work within several hours. The repairman called me to give me details on the work and instructions for the cement to dry. I was very pleased with the work and would call them back.

They did a really good job. He satisfied every request without complaining.

He was rude when I spoke to him on the phone, and never called back when he said. I eventually did reach out to him, and he did come and complete the work. He did good work.

This was my first experience with BC remolding and it was a positive experience. He was timely, professional and did great work.

Called on Monday and Bill and crew came out on Thursday. he priced the job and came right in budget and had it completed and cleaned up in four hours. Many thanks for a job well done.

I have had BC remodeling replace fences on several different properties for me. Bill always is professional and does a great job. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to my family and friends.

Bill and his crew did a great job on my new fence. At my request, he made a small adjustment at the last minute for me when I wanted to add a small section to the job - no problem at all. He had a great crew of hard workers who prided themselves on a quality job. In addition to the new fence, they removed my old fence and hauled it away. They were on-time and cleaned up at the end of each day - and were always pleasant when I had questions. I would definitely recommend BC Remodeling to my friends.

Bill was very prompt in his quote response and was straightforward on what it would cover. We appreciated the fact he warned us up front of the possibility of additional material cost if he got in there and saw it was worse than it was (he ended up not needing to charge any extra). He preformed the work within a week of quoting us and finished when he said he would. Both my neighbor and I asked him to do additional things last minute and he was happy to - no complaints! We asked him last minute to install a cabinet we had in our kitchen. He gave us a quote on site and did it the same day. There were some installation issues due to no studs where we wanted the cabinet but he was definitely experienced and gave us two options as work around instead of just not doing it or going with the more expensive way. We appreciated his hard work and honesty. We will definitely use him again!

Initially the experience went well, but when the fence was built there seemed to have been a mis-communication. The mud board was not positioned correctly for the top part of the fence to be cut for design. I noticed when the stain guy came out that the stain looked uneven. Instead of polymer coated nails he used galvanized nails which have cause black stains going down the fence. He did come out once to adjust the gate, but I haven't gotten any response from him about the issues I'm having with my fence. Update 11/27 in response to the company: Although Bill states he is not sure about the staining since he did not do that part of the job, the stain person sent to my house was one that Bill sent. I do not know the name of the person or anything about them, since this was someone Bill sent to my house. Therefore, he is responsible for the staining. Concerning the timeframe of 2 weeks, I asked Bill to come and look at the fence in the meantime which he did not do. As you can see from his response, he is only making assumptions since he never looked at the fence. I did not submit a report immediately after speaking with him as he states, I waited and did not get a response from him. This issue was first bought to his attention in August, it is now November. If Bill really wanted to do the right thing customer service wise, this issue would have been resolved long before now. I have already submitted to Angie's List what needs to be done to the fence, which he has refused to do. Furthermore, whether he has used the nails he states 10 years or 2 weeks, that is not the issue. The fact remains that the nails have stained the fence with black marks when the fence was less than 6 months old. This indicates a problem that he is not willing to address. Other fence makers and hardware stores are familiar with this issue, not sure why Bill isn't. While Bill has high marks with Angie's List, no one's marks are all high and when there are issues with a customer, you would hope that it would be resolved and not just count on having more high marks than low marks and that customers will not consider the low marks. Hopefully, he will learn this lesson and I have also learned a lot from this experience.

Bill called me back yesterday after I left a message yesterday morning, he came by the same day for an estimate, was hired, and completed the work today (8/21/12). I can now open the gate without any difficulties! A+ work and professionalism all around. I will recommend him to family and friends and use him again!

Overall it couldn't have been better - Bill was prompt, courteous and had everything necessary to repair my gate with him. I wouldn't hesitate having him install an entire new fence when the time comes.

Bill called the day before coming down and set a time and date... at my convenience. The old fence posts had broken off at ground level so the old concrete had to be dug out before the new posts could be installed. They met all my expectations and did a great job. The 15 fence pickets were installed as expected, aligned with the existing fence line. Clean up was excellent!

I could not have been more impressed with Bill. Bill responded and provided an estimate the same day and started the project 2 days later. Everything went perfect and the fence is awesome. Bill exceeded all expectations. Don't waste time calling anywhere else, just go with Bill and you will not be disappointed.
