Chris was great! he always called ahead before coming out and he was always on time. He provided simple to understand details about the service he was going to provide it also provided picture so I could see what was going on. They did great work. We no longer have bats in our attic. When Mr. Sleigh inspected our house he found several openings. He pulled a bat out of one under our deck. Mr. Sleigh covered any and all openings around the outside of the house. He also guaranteed his work for the life of the house!

Hollis Waterman was here in 30 minutes from when I called him! Removed the Skunk who had gone under our house Thru one of the air/conditioner 4 very narrow metal openings used by H&Air to pick up the units. Hollis sealed them with sheet metal, replaced all foundation vents, installed new vapor barrier, cleaned alll of the contents left behind by skunk & various past workers, sprayed chemicals on all wood & ground!!!!!!! robert sleigh's came to my home to asses the problem and completed the job within an hour of my request. you can't beat that.

The company did not follow through on the project. They dropped the ball. I don'tt trust them. The cages they set had nothing in them once they were removed. I still have rodents in my attic and crawl space.

He called me at 10pm (late). He left cages for over a week and never contacted us during this time. The animal (ground hog) was not caught. He overcharged ($389) for the service he provided.
