I needed a leak repaired in a water feature in my back yard. In April, the crew came out and replaced the liner and reworked the entire feature. While it looked good, I discovered within two days that there was still a leak as the feature could not hold water. After about ten days the crew returned and made a repair that they assumed had fixed the problem. However, in a 24-hour period the water feature lost 51 gallons of water. I contacted the foreman and he said he would come back out and fix it. Since then I have had a response from him indicating he no longer works for the company, although his Facebook profile still shows him as employed with the company. The owner of the company has not responded to messages left on the company Facebook page. The company's voice mail box is full and cannot accept messages and no one responds to either phone calls or messages. I still have the major leak and, in fact, the leak is now worse than when they first began work on it.
