Description of Work: $70 copay for warranty work. Scheduling work was poor, mechanic was knowledgeable and efficient.....when he finally showed up.

Description of Work: We came home from a weekend away to a heating/air unit that had finally bit the dust. I researched Angie's List and found very favorable marks for Keith Powell Heating & Cooling. I called to set an appointment and had a tech at the door within the hour. He pointed out options from fixing to replacing. We had intended on replacing anyways, and they had several options to choose from. I feel the salesman was very up front about what each brand had to offer for the $$$ and at no time was I pressured to "buy up" from what I was looking for. The next morning the units were being installed by two very polite and professional installers. In full disclosure, there was a little confusion over an additional charge above the 'good faith estimate' for a short return they added downstairs. Also they did not replace the condensate pump. As fate would have it, the pump failed and that evening there was standing water in the drain pan. The tech was at my door first thing the next morning and had my new pump, free of charge, installed and running before I left for work. All in all, we are very happy with our new heating and air units. The personnel at Keith Powell are extraordinary. Even with the couple small issues stated above, the overall experience was so good that I would highly recommend them to anyone needing heating/air service or replacement.

Description of Work: We lost our upstairs A/C unit over a sweltering Memorial Day weekend and slept on the living room sofas in the cool downstairs until we could get a technician to come out. We were fully expecting to have to replace the creaky old unit, but the technician assured us that it just needed some more freon. He added the necessary amount and the A/C is working just fine. The technician was prompt, friendly and professional. We highly recommend this company.
