Description of Work: They replaced windows in my home.

Description of Work: removed 13 old windows and replaced them with low-e, double-pane, gas-filled windows with aluminum cladding on the exterior casements. every employee, from the salesperson to the installers, was prompt and professional. the installers were fast, efficient, and readily explained and demonstrated the removal and installation. they did a thorough clean-up afterward, and asked if everything was done to our satisfaction. the paper work they gave us was complete and organized, and they went through it with us, including the warranty and the tax credit paperwork. the price we were quoted and agreed on was the price we paid. the only glitch was that one of the new windows was the wrong size and had to be reordered and installed later. the windows have performed as expected so far (lower utility bills and easy to operate and clean).

Description of Work: My sister, as well as Angie's list, referred me to Window World. While it took a while (weeks) to manufacture our order, the results were well worth it. All of the windows were a perfect fit, and were expertly installed. We'd definitely use Window World again!
