Mr Turner was very professional and very informative. He was in and out in about an hour. He answered all our questions and explained the work he was doing. He had the necessary parts on hand to complete the work. He called before he came and he was on time for his appointment. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs his services.

This is the BEST vendor of any kind weâ ve ever hired in the Franklin area. Within 2 hours of submitting our request, we had Frank on-site completing repairs and servicing our gas fireplace and we were up and running. Incredible customer service and experience. Called and he came a day earlier than scheduled. Was very professional and went right to work. Cleaned 2 gas fire places and got them started quickly. One had a major part that needed replacing and he had it. Replaced a fireplace clean out door that was an odd size plus an ash dump door. Kept everything clean. Really liked his work and give it the highest marks. I didnâ t ask the cost of the things we wanted done in addition to the service call and was surprised at the final cost was more than I would have estimated. So excellent work but suggest confirming cost so you arenâ t surprised. But overall for the excellent workmanship, I am satisfied and would recommend him.

Very professional Did a thorough job

Frank delivers amazing and unbelievably rapid service, less than 24 hours in my case. Other fireplace repair vendors had all said this fifteen year old fireplace couldn't be fixed as no parts would be available. Sent pictures to Frank and he brought all parts with him INCLUDING the "brain" that had gone out on this top of the line system. LOST your key? No problem...Frank has one for you. Unit too old for remote? No problem..he has several. Need a maid? No problem as Frank cleans meticulously after the work...even both sides of the glass and both vent louvers. Don't listen to the "buy a new set from me and oh yeah, we will probably have to completely rip out the entire firebox". Like new at a fraction of new set costs.
