Jason was very thorough in checking for mold and used a moisture meter, took pictures and determined that we had a high moisture level, but no mold as yet. He spent a long time telling us how to lower the moisture level in our home and how to put a ground cover in our crawl space. He helped so much and saved us a lot of money! We now have dehumidifiers running, use the bathroom vent after showers, and are planning to get the crawl space covered. Our health has improved a lot since Puroclean came!

They did a good job. It took them about an hour. There was a lot of larvae of whatever its called. They removed the top two or three inches and they sprayed it very good. They had a very large box fan that they put some sort of air purifier on it. They left that on there for 24 hours and it smelled good. All in all, we were pleased with their work, the amount of time it took and the two guys were very nice. I would use them again if I do need them.

They got the job done in a timely manner as I had renters in that property that were displaced. All of the work was done very professionally. I was very satisfied with the work. The foreman on the job even described in detail to our renters what they found and that there was nothing to worry about as far as mold or any continuing concerns.

I cannot say enough for the quick response from Puroclean. The owner of the company, Kelli, and another staff member were here within the space of a few hours and, at that, it was well after business hours for them. How often does that happen? And that was in the middle of widespread claims due to extreme weather and lots of burst pipes and damage. She had teams out all over the area and was right in with them assessing damages and getting a plan in action for repairs. We knew they were the ones we wanted to handle this major job. Their quick response and calming assurance quickly told us we were in "good hands". The work began the next day and they were here long hours. Puroclean staff did not sit idle or waste any time. If the drywall guy was waiting on mud to dry, he would work on removing old damaged flooring that had to come up. I asked if he was going to do the new flooring and his response was "No, that's another team, but I know this has to come up, and I'm waiting for the drywall mud to dry before I can sand." These guys really worked as a team and made good use of their time. Their project manager was always on top of what was happening here and came by to check on progress often, making sure we were satisfied with all phases of work. What can I say....It looks GREAT...we could not be more pleased with our NEW PLACE. I give them an A++++++++

As I stated before, this is the second time Puroclean has performed services for me. They are very quick to respond and get started immediately and minimized my damage. They worked with me on my deductible and are very pleasant to work with. The staff is very friendly and explained what they were doing and set appointments to come back to monitor the drying. Then after it was dry, I got to work with another team from Puroclean and they helped me choose what type of flooring to put back by bringing them to me so I didn't have to travel out anywhere. I can't say enough about this company and would recommend them to anyone. I am an elderly woman and they even went out of their way to fix a garbage disposal that was broken at no charge.
