Description of Work: Mr. Kuhn is very knowledgable in his field. He was prompt and helpful in performing a tune-up and inspection of my heating unit. His diagnostic made me feel more secure about how the unit was working! He answered my questions in an honest and forthright manner. I really appreciated the time he took during the visit and will use his company in the future.

Description of Work: The heating unit on the furnace went out. At first, he thought the unit needed to be replaced. However, it was simply an insect clogged in a switch. He cleaned it and got it to work. He was honest and trustworthy. I will definitely call him again.

Description of Work: Our air conditioning broke down during one of the hottest days in a long time. Our system was fixed within 3 hours of our call. He had necessary parts with him, which indicates to me he knows what he is doing and anticipates problems he is likely to face. He also helped change filters, something that is very difficult for me to do. He recommended some prevention tips. Really nice fellow, though I know he was extremely busy during that stretch.

Description of Work: Ed is excellent!!! He came out to give me an estimate on Friday afternoon. I pondered/compared other companys price and by Fri evening I was sold! My new unit was put in on Tuesday, basically in 4 hrs. Ed took the time to explain how to operate the unit, thermostat, all of the do's and don'ts to help me keep my unit running efficiently for a loog tme. He was there to oversee all of the work and also helped install unit and thermostat. It wasnt just the price that sold me, but the overall customer service. I would recommend him to anyone.
