The whole process went very well. We dealt directly with Darryl, the owner. He was present and helped with the actual installation. They finished the job quickly and generally did a good job cleaning up. Only minor complaint would be some sawdust that was left under some windows. Not a big deal. We had one small issue with one of our larger windows not staying open well. The owners personally came out and fixed everything.

We got the windows done and the name of the company is Selective Windows and More, they are in Mt. Juliet. We did much work on the house. The price was actually fairly reasonable. I thought that it went really well. It was a little slower than we kind of bargained for, however once they got into the job they realized, what they did was that they wrapped the exterior, I called it wrapping the windows, the binds on the outside, and ours are really large, they were very wider than they had thought so they ordered some more of that stuff and that took a little bit longer. And there was this one guy doing it. He was excellent, poor guy was pretty much on the job but they did great. The quality was good. They were very pleasant to work with. They were prompt. I would not give them an 'A' for the cleanup, there were a few little shavings of trim dust that wrapped up outside, but overall it was a positive experience. I would recommend them. We have a double door in the back that we chose not to have done and probably would like to have them to do it so yes, I would hire them again.
