Description of Work: After waiting three week for my local dealership to replace a missing passenger window and get another call for another 7 - 10 day wait, I called Safelite in Bristol, TN, approximately 2 hour drive away. They were $100 cheaper than the dealership, could get it done the same day, and backed their work. I instantly made the appointment four hours later in the afternoon. From the time I called to the time it was completed professionally was less than 5 hours.

Description of Work: The replaced the windshield. The technician arrive when he said he would and did a very good job and clean-up. I am highly satisfied with his work, and would use him again. I do not recall the date of this service. This company replaced a windshield in another vehicle last year, also. As for the cost, I paid the deductible, insurance covered the rest.
