He did an awesome job of removing 8 years worth of stains. We had three dogs, a cat, two teen boys, one teen girl, and all their friends running through the house during this time period. After he was done you would have thought we installed new carpeting. It's been three weeks since the cleaning and it still looks like he just left. I would highly recommend this company. I took several of their business cards to hand out myself.

When the Big Deal arrived in my inbox, I thought "my tile floor could definitely use a good scrubbing" We have two dogs and although I use a non-commercial steamer to clean it, it would be great to have it cleaned for the holidays. I bought the coupon. The email said someone would respond in 48 hours. But Frank called within the hour. We set the appointment for the next day. He was promptly on time. I thought it was for a quote only but he said he could clean the tile right then. Wow! It was awesome. Although I had another appointment -- he was in and out quickly. He moved all the furniture out of the way very carefully. He let a fan run to help speed up the drying process. The floor looks great! I feel I am starting to get ready for Thanksgiving! Thanks Frank for a great job. I will be calling you again because our two dogs create a lot of dirt traffic through the kitchen.

They do not work on Saturdays, but he worked around my schedule, and it was a very good experience. I would surely use him again and refer him to others.

These guys were great ! I expected the "deal" to be a door opener to some high pressure sales and that NEVER HAPPENED!! They made suggestions and offered solutions but no pressure. Very well trained and very polite. The Team called before they came and did what they promised. Amazing results and very pleased with the guys that came. I WILL HAVE THEM BACK !

Mr. Jacob's and his team performed an amazing job! They took the time and paid attention to detail making sure my furniture and wood work in the house were protected. All the stains are gone. They made the carpet and the stairs look brand new. Don't hesitate if you are looking for tremendous service and a friendly staff, give PSH a call. You wont be disappointed. There was a total lack of communication, and unable to schedule an appoint. I tried two attempts by email and phone. Over five business days I got no response.

It was great. He did an outstanding job in a fairly short period of time. He was very friendly and knowledgable. He got right to the job and worked without pause until it was finished. The carpets look AWESOME.

As I mentioned I purchased the Angie's List special for carpet cleaning with hopes to see a tile cleaning demo. He said a tile demo would be no problem. Since I wanted to see what the tile cleaning would look like he cleaned a small portion of our kitchen tile and it looked like brand new tile and grout. I knew my wife would love the small section of cleaned tile so I went ahead and had Frank clean the entire kitchen and connected areas. And, like I said it looked like brand new tile and grout. Originally I had them out to clean the carpet in our den area. Frank came in and asked several questions relating to our carpet (pets, high traffic areas, etc). There were several stained areas of the carpet that we had been unable to get clean ourselves. PSH was able to get the entire carpet looking better than I expected and they were able to get one stain up that other cleaners could not. I would highly recommend PSH Cleaning Services and we will be using them again.

They also gave us information on what we could do, for preventative measures.

I was very pleased with the service provided by PSH. They showed up exactly on time, were extremely professional, and did an incredible job. In addition to the service covered under the Angie's List deal, I added stair cleaning and entryway tile cleaning. Both look better than they did when we bought the house! I'll definitely be working with them again in the future.

It went well. They did a steam cleaning of our carpet. They did a good job.

I liked them 100%, I would highly recommend them to anybody.
