Description of Work: I was to have a door frame replaced. However, they gave me a quote but I had to keep trying to get back with them to discuss it. The guy that did the quote was very nice and professional. However, I thought the price was rather high for what was to be done. More importantly, the guy providing the quote was not the guy going to do the work. That was never told to me. Nobody who was going to do the work ever called me. It just didn't feel that my job was very important to them. I finally just decided to go else where.

+ -1 moreThey were efficient and got the job done quickly. When they were finished, it looked exactly the same as it did before the wreck. They were courteous, polite, and I felt comfortable having them in the house. The job was done over a year and half ago, so I do not remember the price.
Description of Work: After a car wrecked through the front of our house, Landmark Construction put up in new sheet rock and painted the two rooms in our house that were damaged.

+ 1 moreThey did a good job on the painting where we had water stains on the ceiling. The drywall is smooth and even, and our door opens and closes smoothly. So overall, it is a satisfactory restoration job. I know I paid at least a thousand dollars, I however do not know the exact amount.
Description of Work: We them install new sheet rock in our bedroom, several spots on the ceiling painted and a new interior door installed to correct some water damage to our home. I don't know the size of the room.
