Jim came over to look over the work I needed done and gave me a good estimate. We scheduled a time a couple weeks later for him to replace a couple rotted/soft exterior wood trim pieces and to re-caulk around the exterior of the house. He also painted over those areas with paint that I provided. Overall, his work was excellent and he was a pleasure to work with. He stuck to his initial estimate as final payment.
