Description of Work: They replaced two window panes. That went fine. We were quoted a price on the phone and then they tried to charge more. It took less than 1 hour and the hourly charge we thought was expensive.

Description of Work: Asked for quote on shower doors. Took 3 days to get a response. Got an email, I had to go do the measuring. The gal wasn't very professional, acted like they didn't want or need the business. We went elsewhere.
