Stanley Steemer really did a great job on my carpets. They were on time and professional. I like that they knew what they are doing and what knew what they were talking about. Whenever I had any questions they answered them easily.

Stanley Steemer Carpet Cleaner came out two hours after we called. That's what I call service. He was very respectful with my belongings. I never wanted anyone to come out to do my carpet as I thought that I could do it myself, but I have found having it done by a professional was a good thing.

They did a great job showing up when they said they would and I was pleased with the quality of work that they provided. If there were any problem areas they would point them out to me. I understand that some spots would not come out, but its not because they didn t do a good job or that their product didn t work. Things were moved out and back in with care and the carpets dried quickly.

I could really tell the difference when they were done. They also took their time and did a thorough cleaning. My carpets looked new again when they were done.

It only took them about two hours to complete all three rooms of carpet in our home and that included moving furniture and placing it back when they were done with each room. They even set the furniture on small blocks. The crew did a wonderful job on the carpet and they were very respectful. We just loved their work.

Stanley Steemer moved our furniture for us, but they didn t let the carpeting dry, before they replaced it. That caused some of my wooden furniture to bleed into the carpeting. They were running a special for having five rooms cleaned, it would cost $399. So I thought I would give them a try. I wouldn't swear to that price, but I do know, I wouldn't give them another try.

They are always great on spots and traffic areas. I have used them several other times because the service is consistent. Two cleaners spent close to three hours on my home, they did every bedroom, living room, halls, etc. The one guy did mention that they offer things like spot treatments and furniture cleaning. I felt put on the spot a little by him wanting me to spend more than the $400 I was already spending on the job. I just said no firmly and he did drop it and do a good job with what I paid for.

I felt like they rubbed the carpet too hard and I thought they were going to take the carpet off. It was not really that dirty and I was just not pleased with the job that they did. I don t feel it was necessary for them to scrub that hard. They did not move the furniture because all they cleaned was the open area. They did not clean under anything and they left the floor really wet and it took it about a week to dry.

They removed all of the stains, although the deep ones reappeared very light, we expected that. The man who came was very nice and careful around the things that couldn't be moved.
