He was very good but very slow

All parts did not arrive.Waiting for material for completion. I decided to do the entire room after consulting with representative.

Love my Paradise Windows! Quieter! No utility bill yet, so I can not comment on the savings. But the house is warmer, we can tell. The men who came to place the windows were AMAZING!!! So, very happy! Very polite, clean looking men. Spoke English, cleaned up after themselves, very helpful in describing how to use the windows. Worked hard until the windows were in place, made sure I had no questions and that I was very satisfied before they left. Only one of the 3 men even came into the house, so very respectful and considerate. Very pleased !

Just would like to say that the windows and installers were excellent. Couldn't be more pleased with those two items. However; I do feel like the windows could have been some cheaper. I was also very pleased with the storm door that was installed, it is very nice.

These are excellent windows and the crew who installed them were very professional. We got 7 windows and have 14 to go. I would want the same team in the future.

Everyone I dealt with was professional and the original person with whom I spoke presented the product well. He explained clearly what I would be getting, how it would be installed and gave me a competitive price for the work. The installer was personable, polite and got the work done quickly and efficiently.
