Excellent customer service and very professional work crew.

From start to finish the job was done very well. We had an issue/questions the day of installation and our salesperson. Nick, responded within minutes to clear up the confusion and the crew got right to work. They did an excellent job with the install and clean up. We couldn't be more pleased.

Master Service did an excellent job. My crawl space was a total disaster, and i had a contract on my house to sell it. They worked me in the same week i called. A man named Andrew worked over the weekend to get the job done, staying until 8 or 9 each evening. He was the most professional, helpful, and conscientious person i have worked with. The entire job was professionally done and i could not be happier with the results.

Waterproofing a basement plagued with leaking foundation walls is not cheap or easy. But like most things in life, you get what you pay for. There are a number of competing companies in the area who do this kind of difficult and labor-intensive work, but we chose Master Dry based on several personal recommendations from friends and neighbors. Sales inspector Ryan G. [Consumer name withheld at their request] spent considerable time with me carefully explaining the various options and procedures. Although the company offers a 5% discount if a customer signs up for the work on the day the estimate is make, there was no pressure to sign the contract at that time even though we decided to go with the original estimate to take advantage of the savings. We had to wait several weeks for the work to begin since the crews are very busy, but team leader Danny R. [Consumer name withheld at their request] along with his crew (Scott, Reese, and electricians Jose and Matt) showed up right on time. They worked hard and finished the interior waterproofing and exterior drainage project in two days to our complete satisfaction. All the members of the crew were most helpful and patient in answering my persistent questions. Their professional work ethic, appearance, and expertise were outstanding. Of course, the real test will come this winter when the rains come and the snow melt saturates the ground. But the company guarantee of a dry basement for lifetime of the structure plus the transferable warranty was most convincing, so hopefully we can rest easy now that the project is finished.

This company is an outstanding one. I wish most of the companies around us are just like it. Master Dry kept the communication open by email and phone and was on top of everything. It is not cheap though but you get what you pay for! I will hire and recommend this company to families and friends.

The only problem I have is, I believe one of the pile jacks was place in the wrong place on foundation. The sketch show it on the left side and it was place on the front under porch which I don’t think is doing a lot for house foundation. Other than that the job went great. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking to hire.

They came in began doing their work with no delays. The crew chief answered all my questions and explained everything as they were going through all the steps needed to complete the job. When complete they dis a great job of cleaning up. I have told others about how well they were. They contacted a short time after to ensure I was happy with what they had done. Great people to work with.

The only reason I would not give a 5.0 is because they missed one of the holes they drilled and have to come back.
