My Rang Rover had accident and Todd at King Collision gave an estimate and was repaired very fast and also arranged for my Enterprise Car rental pick up and drop off at their own site without any extra charges, all the staff members were great at service.I will go again if needed and will recommend any body for body works.

Terrible. King Collision initially looked at my vehicle and said it appeared the transmission damage was not a result of the accident I had just been in.  Therefore they requested an insurance claims adjuster examine our vehicle.  I found this interesting since our vehicle had never been in an accident before and is a 2009 model.  I explained to the insurance adjuster that my vehicle was running properly before the accident, but after the accident it could no longer be put into drive.  Even the tow truck drive could not put the vehicle into drive. The insurance adjuster agreed the transmission damage was a result of the accident and requested our vehicle be transferred to a different repair shop for transmission repair.  After the transmission repair was completed, our vehicle was moved back to King Collision where they repaired the bumper and other miscellaneous parts from the accident. We then went to King Collision to pick up our vehicle but King Collision would not release the car until they received both our check and the insurance check.  We were ready to pay our part but again they denied giving us the vehicle until they received insurance check.  When my husband tried to speak Bill King, the owner of King Collision, about everything we had been through and how we wanted our car to be released.  Bill then hung up on my husband.  Our insurance company was kind enough to expedite their payment so we were able to pay King Collision and get our vehicle back rather soon.  Something else to note is that we paid the tow truck driver $250 to tow our vehicle one mile from the scene of the accident to King Collision.  We later found out that King Collision then charged our insurance an additional $100 for a courtesy fee that they told us was to pay the tow truck driver out of pocket.  It may also be helpful to note that the tow truck driver recommended we go to King Collision because he personally uses King Collision.  The tow truck driver heard about our experience and even called us to find out what happened and was so sorry to hear about our experience with King Collision.  We do not recommend King Collision because of their misdiagnosis of repairs and unprofessional approach when working with us.  We just do not want to see anyone else have to go through a similar experience with King Collision.

Todd with King Collision took the car in, provided us with updates on progress, and let us know when delays arose such as not having the codes to reset the airbag lights.  Most delays were due to parts they needed that were not readily available.  They went above and beyond the call in replacing any part that was even slightly damaged.
The car was undamaged before the accident, but after the repair the car looked and drove like it had come off the dealers lot!   I highly recommend King Collision to anyone needing extensive or even minor repairs.  Their attention to detail will satisfy even the pickiest of  owners (like us).

Couldn't even tell there had been any damage when they were finished. It was cleaner when I picked up, than when I dropped it off.

King Collision was hired to repair damaged vehicle. From the first phone call until the day of repaired vehicle, King's was very easy to work with. The employees were friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and very helpful. King's helped to coordinate the rental vehicle with the insurance company, even contacting rental vehicle company to arrange for rental delivery to their location for my convenience. Since this was an auto insurance claim, they contacted the insurance company adjuster directly, as needed, during repair process. King's provided updates of when vehicle would be ready for pickup. They gave important information about repaired vehicle at time of pickup. King's detailed the repaired vehicle to "show-room" clean. It hadn't looked so good in years! A detailed, itemized billing was provided at vehicle pickup. Should I ever need another vehicle repaired, I will absolutely use King Collision, and will highly recommend King's to others.

New to the Knoxville area. Needed a trust worthy auto mechanic and I know I found one. By word of mouth at the credit union, I stopped at this tire and auto body garage. Took my car to them three times this year. The first time (Feb), I was having a slight wobble in my front tire. King Tire did a thorough check and did not find a problem (and did not charge me). Told me if the tire gets worse to let them know. Second visit (6/10/13) was to have the oil and fluids checked, I was going on a trip. Oil was a little low, they added some oil and everything else was fine. Again, did not charge me. Third visit, I had them change my oil which cost $36.00. While waiting for the oil change, met another lady waiting for her car in the waiting room and she told me that her family was moving away and that they would miss the King Tire garage because they were so good and honest to them with their auto service. I thought that spoke highly of this garage and I too would recommend this garage, especially since I have a hard time trusting most garages.

Original estimate was for about 3800.  Kings worked with my insurance carrier so that the repairs cost me nothing.  I took a week to get the parts in, though, and the final cost was about $900 over the estimate, but the car looks perfect and they were professional and communicative from beginning to end.  Very satisfactory.

The first time we went to pick up the jeep, some of the work was not complete. As we needed the vehicle right then, we paid for the work and they said to bring it back anytime. Approximately a week later, we returned the jeep for completion. They were very kind to give us a loaner car for two days. When we went back a second time, the work was completely and beautifully done. Our jeep looked positively brand new. We are planning to bring another vehicle to them shortly.

In early April my car was involved in a minor accident, involving the front end on the passenger side. The car was still driveable, but looked bad on that side. My insurance was slow in sending an adjuster, so I got two estimates on my own. The lower of the two was King Collision. When they did the estimate, they also checked the alignment for free.
The insurance adjuster never showed up. (I waited 11 business days.) My insurance company advised me to go to King Collision. When they "got under the cover", they discovered additional hidden damage. Again the insurance company was slow in sending out an adjuster. Finally, after a delay of about ten days, the repairs were okayed and the repair process proceeded.
The people at King Collision did a fine job with the repairs, were courteous and professional, and helpful beyond what I expected. My insurance policy did not include rental reinbursement. When I took the car in for repairs, I rented a small car for the workweek. Early in that week the additional damage was discovered, and King called my insurance. I checked in and they told me about the slow response by the insurance; so I called. The repairs were delayed until the adjuster came out. On Friday (Day 5) I expressed my dismay at the prospect of paying for a rental car for an undetermined length of time.
King Collision let me drive a "loaner", a Nissan Altima, for the duration. They did not have to do that, but I appreciated that more than I can say. Five nights later, on my way home from choir practice, I was rear-ended by a driver with no insurance. I was mortified. King Collision was very understanding and proceeded to contact the driver.
I cannot praise them enough.

From the cordial estimate process to completion, all work was first rate and communication was very good. The work took longer than I thought it should (I had to leave my car with them for 3 days due to the painting that needed to be done) but the work was delivered as promised. I have happily recommended King Collision to family members. I would use them again if I need body work on my car.

Everything went very well from the estimate to the completed job. The only surprise was a final charge that was $24.58 higher than initially estimated. However, their printed estimate clearly states that "additional changes to the estimate may be required for the actual repair," so I was not blindsided by this. Overall, I was very happy with the job and would recommend King. I would also feel good about returning to them myself for future work.

I've used King for years and have always experienced friendly service and fair pricing. This most recent experience which was really minor has been a little more problematic (it's always the smaller jobs) but it is getting done and I still have good trust in Bill King.

I had to send my 1997 Buick Lesabre to King Collision Repair to fix some minor rear bumper and trunk damage when someone rear ended my car. Kings did a bang up job on my car, and I could not of been happier with the work, or the price for that matter. I never had to use an auto body shop before, but after how well I was treated, and how like new my car was after Kings had finished with it, if I ever had to use one again, then believe me, I am going back to King Collision Repair.
