After reading reviews on Angie's List & calling our usual H&A company for an estimate, I decided to go with Chancey & Reynolds based on their reviews & the significant difference in price & quality of the items they were offering. We went with a midlevel Rheem system. Brad came out to do the estimate & stopped by on the day of install to make sure everything was going smoothly.They installed a new Heat pump, air handler, air cleaner, thermostat & had to revise some duct work due to the new system. The guys that came out to do the work were professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves & did an overall great job. They did call a few days later to make sure everything was working properly & to see if we had any questions or complaints.

Excellent! The people worked with me from start to finish. I could not be more happy with a company. The job was completed in a timely manner, all work was cleaned and disposed of, the employees were courteous and professional. I would strongly recommend the company for heating and cooling.

When we purchased our home 7 1/2 years ago, Chancey & Reynolds told us we had at least 3 good years left on the unit. Due to their great maintenance service we got 4 more years than they thought before it completely died. Switching out the old with a new unit was a breeze! We love the Rheem unit they recommended. It is much quieter & doesn't seem to run as much. The new air exchange unit is smaller than the old one so we gained a little room in the garage. Always a good thing! :>) They are always honest & will get us in quickly in an emergency situation. Great service. Love Chancey & Reynolds!

Went great, system works perfectly, the reorganized the existing ductwork in the mechanical room, added some Aprilaire high capacity air filter units. Very professional.

Our HVAC unit went out and after another company took 2 trips to diagnose the problem, i called around to get quotes. Chancey & Reynolds came within an hour of my call and was quickly able to give me an estimate which was below our other estimates, and was even for a more efficient system. On the installation day the crew was punctual, courteous, and efficient. We received a free high efficiency filter with the Angie's list coupon. The thermostat that usually comes with our system was out of stock so they substituted a higher end thermostat at no additional cost. Overall, we were very pleased and will use them again in the future.

Prior to our heating unit going out, I called several heating/ac businesses to receive a quote. The salesman from Chancey and Reynolds was so professional and impressive. Plus, their prices were very competitive. When our heating unit quit working, I called Chancey and Reynolds to install a new one. They came out the following day and installed it. Their team is competent, efficient and trust worthy. I will definitely use Chancey and Reynolds again in the future and recommend them to my friends and family.

We had Chancey & Reynolds come in and complete the Heat and A/C system on our new home. They revised the system the original heat & a/c company had recommended. Should have used them from the start, but used the company that the contractor selected. I have used Chancey & Reynolds previously at my past residence. They are a first class operation. I have never had a problem with them.

I called for a serviceman to repair the old system.. When he arrived and checked the unit he showed me the problem, the heat exchanger was damaged. Replacing this part was prohibative in comparison to replacing the entire unit. I was given a price and the installation date. The installers were here at the exact time promised. They were truly professional, got the work done and made sure everything was in order before they left.

At first I thought I was going to have to get a new one, but they were able to repair it. I signed an agreement to check it every 6 months. If I ever need to get a new unit, I will have them replace it for me.

this company was recommended to me by co-workers and friends who had had postive experiences with them. I contacted the company for an estimate and an appointment was made for friday at 4:40 pm. The gentleman arrived exactly on time and stayed until after 6 pm to give an estimate with all the information. I compared to other estimates and decided on this company. Felt that they answered my needs the best. The workmen arrived on time on the Tuesday morning. The 2 gentlemen were courteous and wore their booties to keep the house clean. They finished in the early afternoon and answered all questions. They were receptive to my observing the site and were very polite and friendly. Overall, an excellent experience.

We contacted this company for an estimate, and we really appreciated their helpfulness, professionalism, and detailed approach with explaining the service and product. They were punctual, friendly, tidy, and fair, and we felt very secure with how well they conducted business. They earned an "A" in all areas of measure, and we highly recommend them. Two technicians showed up on time (8am) to do the install & worked all day. By 4 pm I had heat & air conditioning. Overall, it was a very easy experience; & I will use the company again.

Brad came out June 27 to give a quote to mastic seal all take-offs in the crawlspace along with sealing all supply and return line and calking and sealing boot penetrations as recommended from a TVA energy audit. I received the quote the following Monday for those services and a comparision for a completely new duct system. I called a day or two later to schedule the work and to also schedule a tune up on the system. I was told I would get a call when there was time in the schedule to do the work over a 2 day period, as priority is given to homes getting new hvac units (completely understandable if someone's air stops working in the summer!). After calling to check and make sure I wasn't forgotten about about once every other week for over a month, I finally recieved a call (which I missed) from a technician stating he was on his way to the house. Luckily I happened to be home when he showed up and he completed the tune-up in about 30mins. Over 2 months after originally trying to schedule the duct sealing work, I finally recieved a call from a different technician stating they would be at the house in the morning to start work on August 30. I was not home from before they arrived until sometime after they had left. The following day I waited until noon to call and inquire if or when they would be returning to finish the work. I received a prompt return call stating they would arrive within an hour to complete the job. About 2hrs later, three employees arrived and completed the workover a couple hours. The only reason I was aware they were finished with the work, was because I stepped outside to check and they had already left; although I have no idea when. A couple of weeks later, I received a phone call stating a technician was on the way to my house for the TVA audit review of their work; one day prior to the actual appointment I had with the TVA representative. When I noticed the missed call, I called the tech back and he sounded quite irate that he had driven out and waited at my house by his company and was told by me he had shown up on the wrong day. The following day, Brad came out for the correct appointment with TVA and sat in his truck for several minutes even though I was already outside in the yard. He sat there, without acknowledgement for at least 15mins, until the TVA rep arrived. Although, the TVA rep pointed out the work was done very well, he was completing a service for me and Brad followed him around and talked to him for about 30 mins.

C&R met all appointment times, all scheduled work times, and returned phone calls promptly. We received a competitive price on the unit. It was installed with the Aprilaire air cleaner/filter as described on Angie's List. Supplemental duct wrapping was to be added to existing wrap. A new duct and vent were added to our den because air flow was inefficient. They worked with our utility company and with TVA to make sure the end product met all the energy right requirements. The first inspection by TVA did reveal that some of the original wrap on some of the ductwork did not meet their standards and C&R totally removed and replaced ALL duct wrapping at no additional charge to us. On the final inspection, the unit and work met the energy right program standards and we are enjoying the benefits of a very efficient and comfortable heat pump.

Two technicians arrived on time, got right to work and continued their efforts (with a short break to eat lunch) until they had our new system (inside and outside units as well as a new thermostat) installed and working properly. Both men were friendly and knowledgeable. My wife and I were both very pleased and plan to use this company for all our heating and air conditioning needs. We endorse them completely!

Punctual sales staff, provided useful information during estimate, did not do "sales" job, just provided information and responded to my questions. Service staff arrived on time, worked hard all day and did a great job. Sales staff followed up afterwards.

They arrived at 8:00 and we finished by 4:00 the same day. They cleaned so well we didn't know they been here except we were a lot cooler. Good people!!

I was very impressed with this company. I aquired 3 estimates and Chancey and Reynolds had the best price. They installed when I had requested and I am very pleased. I own rental properties so I will definately use their service again.

This company responded to my call for the air conditioning unit. It had stopped working on a very hot day and it was over 95 degrees in our home. They came right out and replaced the parts and did not waste the coolant but took it out and replaced it. It would have cost us much more to have new fluid. Another company had been out three times and not found out the problem, then quoted over twicewhat I payed Chancey and Reynolds. They are a good and honest company. I recommend them highly.
