They don't clean up good after their work. Left a dusty mess for me to clean. Emptied all the debris straight into the trash can without putting it in a bag first. However, they did a good job cleaning the fireplace. I shouldn't have to clean up after them.

They showed up on time, as promised. In Knoxville, this is a huge win. They got my fireplace back up and working again, but I felt that the price for the visit was too high. They also didn't fully clean up the work area when they were through.

Bob Schmid, the GM, was terrific and knew his stuff. He explained the appropriate ways to operate my gas fireplace and determined it was ok to use even though the mantle keeps getting very hot. Great job

From the estimate to the insulation installation, they were prompt and courteous, and actually did more than expected to make sure that the insulation job would be approved by the TVA eScore program. I would not hesitate to call on Archie's for my fireplace needs as well!

The tech came out the same day. I had a broken light switch that turns on/off the fireplace and my starter button was bad. The tech was very careful, respectful of my property and did an awesome job. He also inspected and cleaned my gas fireplace. The cost was very reasonable!
