Description of Work: Bought Big Deal for two hours for service. It was great service. He did good work. They opened up the air handler, and discovered the problem i was having.

Description of Work: Their technician Tony Taylor came to my home to replace and install a new outdoor faucet on the front of my home. He told me that my water lines through the wall were small and unusual and that the faucet he had would not fit or work on my water line. He didn't charge me and didn't complete any work.

Description of Work: Fixed problem with professionalism. Problem was front office. Set up appt after 5, then called at 3 saying they were in way. When told I need a 5 or weekend, said they couldn't accommodate. I took 2hrs off work, only to find Plummer had on his schedule a 5pm appt which he was planning to make

Description of Work: The two workers cleaned all the vent ducts, etc. in our new house trying to get rid of all the construction dust and debris. They had to reschedule their original day to come as some equipment tore up before they could get to our house. They rescheduled for three days later and came close to the time they said. Later we noticed chips in the painted walls beside two of the ducts they cleaned which must have been caused by the machines.??

Description of Work: Replaced an outside faucet. They were great! Helpful and informative.

Description of Work: Performed annual check/servicing of central AC system. Tehnician was on-time and professional.

Description of Work: The company installed a new gas furnace plus AC unit last summer. By this spring, it was clearly not performing adequately. The problem turned out to be an insufficiently tightened valve that allowed the coolant to slowly leak out. While it was disappointing to experience a deficiency like this in a newly installed unit, the company responded very well to the problem, fixing it promptly at no cost to me. The service was impeccable.

Description of Work: After arriving told me they do not replace my type of faucet. Said it was a boiler type . Like every other faucet I have seen outdoors. Then told me it would be 200$ to repair mine! They said Angie's List don't tell you about the fine print. Needless to say I'm a little irritated even to use Angie's List again.

Description of Work: Company came out and said it would be a lot of work to remove the old faucet because it was in cement. Then he told me the $99. offer was just for a simple replacement and it would cost an extra $300. if he was even able to do it. I thanked him and said goodbye.

Description of Work: Pretty simple. The faucet that needed replacing was a frost free and in order to replace it would take quite awhile and would run approx 120.00 to 150.00 additional. I did not understand that it had to be an easy off and easy on faucet. I liked the man that came out from Advanced Matt. He was friendly and knowledgeable.

Description of Work: Checked HVAC system. No problems found...system working great.
