Description of Work: They installed a new toilet in my master bath. It's very high quality and the job was very well done. They might consider telling folks in the future that they need to purchase a toilet seat and the shape (round or oval) that they need to buy.

Description of Work: Routine maintenance. Didn't try to sell us a new unit (by telling us we were going to get carbon monoxide poisoning) like the last company we had do routine maintenance.

Description of Work: Paid for 2 hours labor. Justin came to house and checked to see if outdoor faucet needed replacing. It did not. Pressure valve was set too high. Justin adjusted to correct setting. Was then told new pressure valve was needed ( $375.00). Our present valve too big ? for house. A few more small jobs were performed. Justin then stated what a great deal we were getting and said he always wants to take care of Angie's list customers. So after 1 1/4 hours, he is done. Said could not print receipt from device and would e-mail along with info on replacement valve. NEVER heard back. No credit for remainder of 2 hours of labor. No receipt of services performed. No info on replacement valve. (not need replace valve according to second opinion) Nothing ! Not impressed with the service at all. Very unfortunate. Have no desire to hear from provider nor use their service again.

Description of Work: Did not use this provider. They changed the scheduled service date and I found someone else (not on Angie's list) to fix the faucet.

Description of Work: Wanted to dig up the lawn for 60 feet to fix the sewer line which he was sure had collapsed. Approx cost $4000 or more. The real problem:The sum pump was unplugged. Failure to diagnose the problem due lack of experience or worse. Called another plumber who diagnosed the problem and plugged the sump pump back in. Problem solved in 7 minutes for $40.
