Description of Work: Outdoor faucet replacement. Completed and works well

Description of Work: For two years they kept telling me my older unit was failing. The serviceman showed me that there were carbon monoxide leaks at dangerous levels but my CO alarm had never gone off, I was experiencing no symptoms ( I have been a nurse for 47 years so I am not clueless about carbon monoxide poisoning)and my two toy poodles were showing no problems. He came back a week later and the testing unit showed dangerous levels of CO again. My son brought a commercial CO sensor home from the steel mill...no sign of CO. I called a friend who was experienced in HVAC and he came out and said the problem seemed to be a sensor, which is a pretty simple fix. He gave me the name of a HVAC guy he really trusts. Jeff Samples came out and said the sensor had dust on it. He blew it off and the unit worked like new. He said the stainless steel insides of the Amana unit looked like new and should work for years to come. So Advanced follow up said the first technician was new. Yeh, right. I would never consider using Advanced again as they tried to sell me expensive, unneeded equipment. Honesty is the hallmark of an excellent business. They failed. The unit is heating and cooling just fine again this year.

Description of Work: I don't really understand the survey question. Yes, services were performed. Money was paid directly to Angie's List as part of a deal to replace an outdoor water faucet. The representative that the company sent to my home was both knowledgeable and experienced. He recommended that I keep my current faucet and just replace the washers. The faucet I had was better quality and a two-piece faucet. I appreciated his honesty.

Description of Work: Willie was fantastic. Unfortunately my issue requires cutting into drywall so I will need to schedule another appointment as it will cost more than what I paid for already. However, I will be scheduling this service after the holidays based solely on my experience with Willie and the team. Thank you.
