Description of Work: Was supposed to check my outside faucets and make repairs if necessary. He said there was nothing wrong with my faucets. I asked if I could apply the discount instead to installing an inside bathroom faucet. They said they would take my $99.00 and then charge an additional $149 on top of that! What the heck? | |The worst part, besides being out $99.00, is that when I went to use my outside front faucet - the first time I hooked a hose up to it, it leaked so bad it soaked me. |

Description of Work: I paid $49 for the outdoor faucet replacement. When the serviceman showed up, he said it would be $189 to replace my outdoor faucet. It had been replaced previously by a plumber with a freeze resistant faucet some years ago. They seemed to have no problem replacing it. The AHA repairman said that it was hard to get to and this was why it was so more expensive. I wasn't sure what to do about it or how to get a refund and made my request for a refund more than 30 days after the visit. Angie's list will give me a credit on the next service I purchase but couldn't get the money back.
