Advanced Heat, A/C, & Plumbing

My experience with Advanced Heating and Air went very well. I was very plesed with the service and with the young man, Traviswho went out of his way to do a good job. I couldn't have asked for a better outcome from a service industry.

Excellent service....Air Conditioner went out on Monday evening. Contacted Advance Heating & Air early the next morning and received an appointment on the same day. Technician called me prior to coming to my home. He found the problem quickly and made the repairs quickly. Very professional.

When we had a unit go bad they replaced the compressor for us. He searched around for a new compressor unit and was able to get us a great price. I always request Andrew because he does good work and he is always prompt and knowledgeable.

It went very well. Andrew did an excellent job and was very patient in answering all my questions. The a/c runs much better and not as hard.

My a/c stopped working after office hours on Friday afternoon. I left a voicemail and sent an email to request service. I then spoke with the office on Monday morning when my appointment for Tuesday after 12 noon was made. I was told the technician would call me within thirty minutes of his arrival. He called about 2:55 and arrived about 3:20. He needed to use a garden hose, so he helped me bring it from the back yard. After he finished with it, he returned it to the location we had taken it from. He also discovered a loose wire for the compressor and repaired that. He answered questions about this job as well as needs for a system replacement. He finished up and left around 4:00. I was very satisfied with the entire experience.

I'm buying a foreclosure and wanted a pro to have a look at the HVAC units to see what the story was on them, they hadn't run in two years. The service tech came came out on time and gave me a report on them, and made a recomendation for minimal maintenance. Knowing what they were looking at, they could've made some crazy recommendation for things I didnt need, but they didn't. I will be calling them back for service when needed.

We received an email from Angie's List on a a Big Deal special offer. We bought two deals as we have two systems and from the time we bought them we had a service tech on site within 48 hours. The service technician Travis was excellent and took time to explain what we needed to know and what we could do ourselves. We were very pleased the professional prompt and thorough services we received.

The serviceman was on time (!), polite, efficient and helpful in advising future care.

AC wasn't working. Called Advanced and they scheduled an appt for 2 days later. Andrew was awesome. He quickly diagnosed the problem which was a broken capacitor. Gave us a 10% discount too. He checked out the system as well as the other AC unit and air exchanger. What a great guy! Wore the booties to keep our hardwood floor clean as well. Highly recommend Advanced Heating & Air.

This was an Angie's list special for an ac/heating unit checkup. I called and asked if they serviced trane units and she said they did. The whole experience from the lady who answered the phone to the service technican was impressive and professional. I am certainly going to use them for my fall checkup and I would and have recommended them. So much better than the former company I used and the yellow pages.

I have never used this company before, but could not resist the the good deal offer on Angie's List. I was amazed that Ashley called me the day after purchase to set up an appointment...I did not have to call them which says a lot about their desire to do business. Ashley has a great handle on customer service. I am a big believer in regular maintenance and being relatively new to town, I had no idea whom to call. Travis came as promised and was clean, neat, polite, very friendly and very informative. He answered all my questions and it was a joy to hear that I needed no other services at this time, so he wasn't trying to 'sell' me anything which was very refreshing. For certain I will use Advanced HVAC in the future and while I enojoyed meeting Travis, I hope I won't need his services again until fall furnace startup. GREAT JOB folks!!

Travis arrived on time and was very easy to deal with. He quickly located a problem (bad fuse) and after doing his checks had the system up and running within 30 minutes. He works quickly and communicates very well. This is the best experience I've had with HVAC technicians, who usually overcharge and are slow.

The Technician (Travis) called before hand and showed up we he said he would. he proceded to explain his duties that he would perform and I asked if i could follow him around to see what he was about to do, he said no problem. i observed him completing all the task that the job described on Angies list and he also took the time to explain what he was doing and alerted me of anything that I needed to know. He was very fourthcoming and professional. He even put on shoe covers before entering my home to check the calabration of thermostat and temperature readings.

I purchased the advertised Big Deal and was very happy with the results. While the service guy was more than 1 hr late, he still arrived even after a long hot day of his appointments. He was very quick in completing the work and did a good job. He even brought me an air filter from an area of the house I didn't even know had one. It was in sore need of replacement. After the tune-up, the general air flow in the A/C and heating system has been greatly improved. Thanks!

I purchased this service as a Big Deal! on Angie's List. I had never obtained service from this company before but wanted my A/C tuned up for the summer. The price was a somewhat less than the amount I had been charged by other heating & air companies for the same service in the past. The technician arrived on time and immediately started work. He wore booties over his shoes while in my house which I appreciated. He was finished in about an hour and left a detailed explanation of the inspection and services performed. I plan to use Advanced Heating and Air for my fall furnace check-up.

He came out wearing an unprofessional T-shirt. He was smoking the cigarette the whole time. He was smoking knowing that we have a new baby. He was smoking right next to the intake in the house, so he brought smoke into the house. We had a cigarette smell in our house even after he left. He didn't fix it, filed through our home insurance that we needed have something replaced. We have had coil replaced. They were going to get $1500 from our insurance company and wanted to bill us another $1700. We called another company to get a second opinion, and they came out and fixed it on the spot for $45. They wanted to charge us $3000 for $45 work and we didn’t have any problem since. They showed up on time. When he pulled the units apart for the insulation on the panel, he left them lying on the lawn. They were out here within 14 hours of calling them.

I was very happy with them. They did a very good job. They are very prompt and I would use them again. I will use their services again in the future.

Signed up online thru Angies list. Before I even had a chance to call to schedule an appointment, they had already left a message on my answering machine looking to schedule that appointment. I had an appointment within 2 business days. The tech was very cordial and went immediately about his business. What I liked about this individual was he took the time to point out some things to increase the life of my unit. For example, he opened up the back of my thermastats (something I didn't even know you could do) and pointed out how dust was making its' way through the hole cut in the wall for the wiring and was accumulating on the electronics- something that would eventually short out the thermastats. Something none of the heating/air techs I used over the past 10 years even checked out much less pointed out. He blew out the dust and, while he went about completing his routine, I patched the hole around both units and it was done. The only 'blip' in the whole visit was the Angie Special called for a free filter with each tuneup- something my tech was not aware of. No big deal. My filters were already relatively new but the owner had new ones dropped off the next day anyway. Good experience and I'll probably use them again if they keep their normal rates affordable. ccs

Jeff called, arrived on time, went to work, he explained the system to me and made suggestions on how to maintain the system myself.

He is a very good technician and extremely trustworthy. He is very knowledgeable and does a great job. He solved the ongoing issue with the air conditioner. I liked his services and will use the same in future.

The team that came was great! So professional, nice, and friendly. They went the extra mile for me, sealing up everything and cleaning up after themselves. They really educated me on how to take care of the new system and gave some great tips. They made sure everything was done right.
