They arrived when they said they would and completed the job when they estimated they would. They were professional and effecient. I was very pleased with the work they did.

The charge for their service was very good. They did what they said they would do. There was nothing wrong with what they did and everything checked out fine. They responded as soon as I called them.

Very professional, prompt, efficient. They duct-taped up something that had fallen off the side of the heating unit, as well as the regular service.

They came out twice. They had a special for cleaning and servicing your central heating and air. We have 2. We liked how he did the one so we called him back out and let him do the other. He seemed to be knowledgeable. We really liked him, we were impressed. I don't think there was any really, he just says he will be here within a certain time range and he was. If they are working somewhere and they haven't finished their job, they go ahead and finish their job and they'll call and tell you that they will be so many minutes delayed.

Advanced Heating and Air replaced a part in the furnace blower at my house. I called in at 8am and the technician was available at noon the same day. The technician called in advance so I didn't have to wait at the house. He diagnosed the problem within a few minutes and offered to give a quote for parts and repair. The furnace is 12 years old and not a common model, so I was afraid it might take a while to get the replacement part. To my surprise, I got a call from their office an hour later telling me they found the part and would be able to install it the next business day. The technician was again on site as promised and it took only half an hour to get the furnace going. Excellent service with very reasonable price, highly recommended.

Both visits were great! I had no problems and they were very timely and did a good job both times.

well I had paid upfront for this angie's list deal so the service part went well but I won't be using them in future as they don't work with our split AC/heat system.

They were sent out originally by my home warranty company to investigate a smoke smell we were smelling through our ventilation ducts. When they found nothing obviously wrong, they let us know that if something happened, we were to tell the warranty company that sent them to send them back out and they would fix it without charging us another $60 fee (the fee for a consult through the warranty company). Sure enough, less than a month later, a part on the blower motor and another part broke...they came back and fixed it, and did not charge us another warranty fee. They were very courteous and thorough.

I called Advanced after cross-referencing them with the TVA Energy Right Heat Pump Replacement Program list and Angie's list to get a second opinion after I was told by another company that it would be too costly to repair my HVAC system and I might as well purchase a new one. Advanced was great to work with from start to finish. They were able to get my system back running and restore my heat. Lennox no longer has a local store so my parts were ordered directly from Lennox. I was extremely pleased with Advanced and will definitely use them again.

I made the initial call for service when our gas furnace went out. It was a very cold day (just prior to the holidays) when most likely Advanced Heating & Air was receiving numerous calls. However, they were able to send a service technician that same day to check out my problem. Unfortunately the gas heating unit had cracked heat exchangers and the entire unit had to be replaced. Advanced Heating & Air handled the contacts with my warranty company and was able to install a new unit within a very reasonable period of time. Their installation technician Andrew and service technician Travis, went well above-and-beyond to make sure we were pleased with their service. I highly recommend Advanced Heating & Air.

My combination propane heating unit/water heater went out leaving me without heat or hot water. I called Advanced since they have done good work for me before. They came out quickly found a faulty electrical switch in a few minutes and had already applied an Internet service call discount coupon to the charge - which after the discount was 32.00. As I said, Advanced has done work for me before. They came through again by fixing a problem cheaply that I feared might be very expensive. The service technician, Travis, was very professional and discussed long-term solutions with me. I already knew that my heating system was showing its age and my cooling system went out at the end of last season, so I'm going to talk to Advanced about replacing my entire system. Hoping they can impress me again.

This firm did a good job of delivering the services sold as the Big Deal. I paid $59 for the Big Deal, but when the providers came, we realized we have two systems (Upstairs and downstairs) so I spent another $59 I had not expected. This was not their fault; I just did not think things through to remember we had two systems and it was nice to get the Angie's list price for the second one. The work was to examine the two heating systems for problems. The providers spend about 30-45 minutes doing this. They reported our systems are in good shape and we have had no problems with them this fall. They worked very fast and I did have some feelings that the Big Deal did not involve much work (based on the time spent) but I have no reason to believe the service wasn't delivered well?just a nagging feeling of wondering what I paid for. I guess the firm could do better in terms of showing customers the value of what they do on jobs such as this, so as to show customers what they are paying for. But overall, the firm was professional and I have no reason to believe that they did not do the job for which they were hired. I plan to call them again in the Spring for an AC checkup.

The technician called before he arrived, and arrived on time. He was wearing a uniform. He checked out my AC just prior to a big heat wave, cleaned the outside unit and repaired some insulation around it. He gave me some good tips on my unit, and improved its performance several fold. I would definitely call Advanced Heating and Air again.

Good experience. The tech called to let me know about when he would be here, and that's about when he got here. He asked questions about the unit, performed the maintenance and the operation checks, and told me the unit was in good working order. We chatted briefly about the expected lifespan of my main climate control unit, and he said mine should be good for a number more years. He also recommended that I replace my washable filter with a Filtrete model. Although the model he recommended was not available at Lowes at the price he stated, I did not hold that against him, and did buy a high efficiency Filtrete. The tech was efficient and courteous. This same visit would have cost me $100 if I'd had City Heat and Air come out.

We purchased the furnace tune-up when it did not appear that the gas back-up in the furnace was operating properly. I decided to get the tune-up special first and go from there with any repairs needed. The technician scheduled the visit quickly and arrived exactly when he said he would. He went through the normal steps I would have expected for an annual service (e.g. checked the refrigerant levels in the heat pump, checked for leaks, checked the furnace). He found that the gas back-up was not running due to the way the thermostat was (oddly) wired and fixed it as part of the service. We couldn't be happier with the special we bought.

My gas heater needed cleaning and servicing. The office personnel was able to get me on the schedule within 2 business days. Their prices were very reasonable and I would definitely recommend them. They were courteous and on time and very efficient. The tech was informative and thorough. I plan on calling them back in the spring to service my a/c unit as well.

The serviceman arrived, introduced himself and explained the task he was going to perform. When he did enter my home it was with covered shoes and was very polite. Once service was completed he explained the service report and provide me a copy.

Another business in the heat/air business had been trying to get us to purchase humidifiers for our two furnaces, with one of these units being located outside our home. We had declined. He was the same person from whom we had earlier purchased our furnaces and air conditioning units.Two days ago our downstairs furnace stopped working, and because I had grown distrustful of the first company that we had previously utilized, we contacted Advanced Heating and Air for the first time to come out to our home to look at it. They were courteous and professional and arrived on time, within a few hours of my original call. I accompanied them to the outside furnace and they quickly diagnosed the problem: the gas line switch leading to the unit had been turned off!! I also was told that the unit had been installed incorrectly, with the unit much too close to the house. There is no doubt in my mind that the valve had been purposely turned off by the original installer, who "coincidentally" called us the morning after our heat went out to say that he had a new "special" price on humidifiers! I only wish that I had belonged to Angie's List before contracting with the original heat/air company! Those of you with outside heating/air conditioning units please beware of unscrupulous companies who can easily sabotage these units in order to bring about a service call. I am grateful for an honest company like Advanced Heating and Air and wish I had found them years ago.
