It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. The work was outstanding. They did exactly what they said they were going to do and they explained things. It was good customer service.

Andrew and Corey showed up on time and were most professional and courteous. They managed to transport the unit over some difficult territory. I don't know how they did it, but they are very enterprising. Andrew got under the house to rig up the venting and duct systems, which as it's a crawl place, wasn't too easy. They also put a new foundation on which to rest the unit. When they were finished, it looked absolutely beautiful! And they cleaned up the area and removed the debris and the old unilt. Corey showed me how to program the thermostat. I am so very pleased with the work done and for my new Trane. I would definitely recommend this company for any heating and air conditioning work. These young men worked very hard and did a really good job.

Everything went great with the work they did at the old house. Advanced Heating & Air is the only company we will ever use. I have called them for work on our new house as well. I believe Jason is the technician that comes to our newer house. He is just as professional and honest as Travis. This is the only company I will ever use for HVAC needs. I highly recommend them!!

great nice staff professional

My old heat pump system, which was a Frankenstein of various components from different manufacturers, finally bit the dust in late March, fortunately when the weather was mild. The tech from Advanced told me that the compressor unit was made in 1996 so I'd say it did pretty well to last this long. I knew it was in its twilight years so I had already done considerable research about replacement units and decided I wanted a Carrier system. I called Advanced because of their rating on Angie's List and I don't regret it. They were very professional and did a great job on the install. There was a minor problem with the way they installed the duct valve handles at the blower unit so they were very difficult to reach but they fixed it right away. As for the system, I ended up going with a Carrier Infinity 16 and it's fantastic, heats and cools very well, is easy to use and is super quiet. The blower unit on my old system sounded like a diesel truck engine it was so loud. The Infinity is so quiet you almost can't hear it over the sound of the air blowing, which is also quiet except when it occasionally ramps up to full power, but even then it's not too bad. It has a two-stage compressor and variable speed fan and is supposed to be very efficient, with a SEER rating of up to 17.2, so it should save a lot of money on my electric bill. It is also very powerful and, unlike my old system, should have no trouble keeping the house at the set temperature when it's very hot or cold outside. The heat pump actually blows hot air when in heat mode, my old system felt like cool air was coming out of the vents when heating and the house never really felt warm winter except when the electric heat kicked on. I have only had the system for a month but so far it's been great and I highly recommend the Carrier Infinity line and Advanced Heating and Air. I used a coupon offered by Angie's List for a spring check and tune-up of our HVAC system. When the technician did the check he discovered a faulty valve so he told us that the unit was still under warranty so the part would be covered and we would just have to pay for labor. They ordered the part and as soon as it came in they installed it. The unit has never worked better.34

I called that we had no heat on our main floor. They came out that day. Carefully checked and discovered a part-- I cannot remember the name-- that needed to be replaced. They had to order it because Trane systems do not use standard parts. They called and told me the date the part would be in, and that if it was sooner they would come to fix it as soon as the part arrived. They made an estimate of 4 days, and it arrived 1 day earlier... they came right out. While here, They also checked our other heat systems (we have 3) and the humidifier (even though we had it turned off, and have for years). They did not charge anything extra for checking these other units. (Another Angie's list air and service provider did charge for checking each unit when we had a problem with AC a few years back.) I was completely, totally satisfied with their service. They were on time, explained everything, they gave price of part and service. They even mentioned the Angie's list coupons and said that I should wait and see which one to use that would save me more money! If the need arises we would use them again. I have recommended them to friends. Honest reliable quick service.

They came in did a maintenance check but they recommend that we replace air duct but it did turn out to be okay. I just took advantage of the coupon. They were very responsive and right on time and I was very pleased with that.

We have a home warranty. We found a water leak coming from under the furnace.We called the warranty company and they referred us to Advance Heating. We were called by Advance Heating and set up an appointment. They came when promised and repaired the problem. We discussed keeping the drain clean. We were charged the fee of $60 as provided for in the warranty.

We had the misfortune of waking in the middle of the night to a burning electrical smell coming from our vents and the unit's fan would not turn off at the thermostat, we had to throw the breaker to get it to turn off. Nothing we tried fixed it so it was time to call the pros! The company we usually use wasn't able to come out and what a blessing that turned out to be because we went on Angie's List and found Advanced Heating & Air. Spring is a crazy busy time for A/C companies but the owner said he would make sure someone got out to our house that day. We were very pleased with the level of professionalism and depth of knowledge presented by the rep they sent out, David Ogle. He was very thorough and checked numerous possible causes, before discovering the wiring on the relay switch didn't match the unit's schematic. He reconnected the wires correctly and our unit is now running like a champ. Thanks, David and Randall, you've made lifelong customers!

They were prompt and professional .

Advanced Heating and Air were awesome. He was very good and very, very nice. He let me know what needed to be done and proceeded. He did helpful and did his job very, very well. I don't have any problems with it.

We loved everything about their service. The customer service was good. They were quick to respond and were very professional. They were here when they said they were going to be here. When he did find out the problem, he was very nice in telling us exactly what the problem was. He didn't try to get me to buy another unit like another company did. I am going to have a contract with them. They are going to be servicing my unit every year.

Service overal was very professional. He checked over both units and didn't find any major issues. I thought he would come in and try to upsell me for a new unit. But he didn't.

All three times I've dealt with Advanced H&A have been great. It's clear that these guys have placed a priority on customer service and understand how this will impact their business going forward. They arrived when they said they would, worked through warranty claims on the service calls, and conducted themselves in a professional manner throughout.

They came out promptly and made an estimate. They answered all my questions in a thorough and professional way. When I accepted their estimate they told me when the installation would be performed. On the date promised they came and changed out the units and had everything working in one day. It was a pleasure to watch them work because they obviously knew exactly what they were doing. The two me had worked together quite a bit because they worked as a team. They did not make a mess and they removed all the cardboard and scraps.

I don't think they could have done any better. They were superior.We had problems with our air conditioning for three or four years and we've had two different companies come and they charged us a great deal of money trying to find out what was wrong with our system. And it turns out, after the technician came, and he just cleaned it properly and thoroughly, that the companies before just did shoddy work and charged exorbitant prices. All our problems disappeared after the cleaning. Advanced Heating and Air fixed all our problems for a reasonable price. We will use that company from now on. I'm very impressed. They were very professional and they came when they said they would and on time. The technician was very professional and courteous as well as thorough. They pretty much typify what I think a business should be.
