Advanced Heat, A/C, & Plumbing

I called to schedule a sales consultation. They told me it had to be a 4-hour window. I told them that I had to be finished with the consultation by a specific time (10am). They agreed. I rearranged my schedule so I could be here for the consultation, but they did not show up. They did not call. I had to call and tell them not to show up late and that I am not interested in doing business with them.

I had my air and heat unit replaced. They came on aFriday and replaced it on the following Monday.It was fast and their Service was exelent.

It was fine. They ended up coming in earlier than they said and they were very honest and reasonable. They were very professional. I had to end up buying a new A/C unit and they were priced a little high for their unit so I ended up using a different vendor . So I went with a different company to buy the actual air conditioning unit. They did what I asked them to do. I probably wouldn't buy a unit from them. They were pricey, but if there is another deal on Angie's List for them to come out at a lower price they were very nice and very respectful.

Everything turned out great. They were punctual and I really liked the technician that came out to my house. He seemed very knowledgeable in what he was doing and it took him about 30 minutes to complete the work. Scheduling was easy, they called me to set an appointment up and they were accommodating to me.

The service was provided as expected.

The service went very well. They actually performed our summer AC tune up work as well and I called them back because they did such a great job in the summer. We had the same technician both times and he was very polite and professional.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out pretty good. It took 3 visits but they took care of me and didn't charge me extra to come over 3 times. I don't know yet if they are going to bill me for that time. I signed up for their maintenance plan. The service was about what I would expect.

He showed up on time and got right to work. We recently bought the place so I asked questions about the unit and its condition. He was responsive and knowledgeable. He did not object to me observing his work or asking questions. The tech was prompt, civil and competent; the A/C worked well the rest of the season. I was satisfied.

It went fine. They came about a month ago and the approximate cost was about $70. They came out to do an inspection on the AC and the heat pump unit. The guy was very friendly, went over everything with me, made sure everything was in tip-top shape and I had no issues; it was pretty good. I'm very happy.

The technician called 30 minutes prior to arrival and was here within the allotted time frame. He was polite and professional and told me some things about my system that I was not aware of. He performed the inspection and told me that my unit was up to par and ready for the upcoming winter. I was very pleased with how the service call went and would use this company again.!

It went pretty well. It was within the next week after I purchased the big deal that we had it scheduled. They showed up on time on the day that we had it scheduled for.

The extra charge to complete the job was more than I wanted to spend.

They were okay. I didn't have any problems with them. They seemed thorough and they were on time. They were quite professional. They were there when they said they would be.

Aaron and Erik arrived on time. They explained what they were going to do and were very professional and courteous. They were careful to cover their shoes each time they entered the house. They were very careful with their equipment in our house and did an excellent job. I used the Big Deal offer which was very cost effective. I would use their service again; in fact, I am going to get a HVAC maintenance contract with Advanced Heating and Air.

Technician showed up on time. Appeared to perform a detailed servicing of furnace that took about an hour. Very professional demeanor. This is second time we have used this company and both times we were pleased with all aspects of their service.

It turned out fine. They're friendly people, they did the job efficiently and quickly. I would use them again. I used them right after I purchased the deal and I didn't spend anything other than the cost of the deal.

The technician was timely and explaiend what he did in detail. He did have to come back to our house to correct some work that was not done correctly the first time, but he was very prompt to return, and we have had no problems with the system since. We actually ended up purchasing a winterization package from thsi company. We will use them again.

We have used this provider on several occasions and everyone from the office personnel to the technicians give great service.

Wasn't given a specific time. Arrived late in the evening, after waiting all day. Cleaned and added freon, but that didn't fix the pro blem. Called another a/c company, and they found that the thermostat was wired wrong. That fixed it.

Two technicians arrived and carried in a very neat and clean "Rotorbrush" machine. They set about bushing and vacuuming the outlets at each point and then progressed to the intake ducts. They were very quick and neat. They also were dressed and acted very professional at all times. I actually knew one of the technicians from a previous HVAC job and he was the extreme professional that I had remembered from before.

The service was very good, especially since we were told our furnace was in good shape. We appreciate a company that is honest and does not try to sell you something you do not need.

The two gentlemen who did the work were very knowledgeable and capable. They were courteous and polite. They got the job done although they encountered some difficulty not of their own doing. Our ducts, especially upstairs, were complicated to gain access into. So far as we are concerned tey did a great job.

We purchased a big deal for the service, and it went fine. I was double charged for it. The person who came out was great, he presented himself really professionally. I also gave him a tip because I remember him doing a very good job. I feel they should have called me and sent me the check because I had double paid them. The price was good.

First off I was very impressed with their attempts at contacting me to set up the appointment time. They had to make several attempts and continued to do so until they reached me. The tech showed up on time and did exactly what they advertised. The only thing I might suggest to the company is that after the A.C. and duct inspection that they let the homeowner know how everything looked. Overall I was very pleased and would definitely use them again.
