They have done this service for us for a couple of years - no problems on the service. The only glitch is that they are supposed to call us every season to schedule the service trip. If they get our answering machine they never leave a message and I end up having to call them to schedule it after all.

Everything went smoothly including punctuality, price, installation, clean-up, and wrapped in professionalism.

The service was great and we were very happy with the Big Deal.

Called to report a problem with my upstairs furnace. Got an appointment scheduled for three days later for a technician to investigate. On the day of the appointment, a technician arrived promptly and diagnosed the issue after about 30 minutes. He said it was a failed main circuit board, and had me sign some paperwork for ordering the new part. I asked about cost, and he said it depended on whether the new part was under warranty. He gave me a ballpark estimate for my out-of-pocket cost of $500 vs. $150 depending on warranty coverage. I asked if his company handled the warranty themselves or if I had to handle it myself. He said that they would handle it internally. He was friendly and professional. About a week later, a different technician called to setup an appointment to come and replace the part. He arrived promptly and had the part repaired in about 20 minutes. He showed me the damaged resistor on the old circuit board, and explained that the part was under warranty. He was friendly and professional as well. Final cost to me was about $135. All-in-all, a very smooth transaction.

Work performed at rental property. Tenant was pleased with the scheduling and punctuality of the service provider.

The gentleman came out and said that he would have order the part to fix my furnace. He said that it would not be in until Monday but I could call Friday to see if it came in. I called and he said that UPS doesn't come in until 3:30p and it wasn't feasible for his service man to drive all the way across town, pick up the part and go back across town to fix my furnace that is not working. I have called other companies that said they have that part in stock and could fix the furnace today.

The same guy has come out the last couple of times we needed to get our heat fixed. Not his fault-first time was a fuse and the second time our dog chewed through a wire! He is always very friendly and personable, and we always are charged a fair amount. They also respond quickly to our calls. I trust this company, and its employees. Customer for life!

It went great. We were very pleased with them.

When I replaced the unit a few days later I kept the part Advanced Heating and Air placed in the old unit and asked for my money back. Advanced Heating said they would refund the part money but not the labor. When I showed up to get my refund he would only give me $80. Dollars saying it was a used part. BE VERY LEARY of THIS PROVIDER!!!!!!!

Maintainence on heat pump, extremely thorough job, found leak. unfortunately not an easy fix but gave us several different quotes on replacement.

The technician was very professional and prompt. From what I see on my paperwork, though, it looks like the only thing done was to check some readings on my systems; I'm not sure why the service is called "maintenance."

Technician was supposed to come for an afternoon appointment but called at 5pm requesting to come at dinnertime-had to reschedule due to lateness. When furnace was serviced it was done appropriately and on time.

The heat did not work. The soonest appointment was a couple of days later, and the service technician came by as promised and diagnosed the problem. He needed to order a part to fix the system. The part came in a couple of weeks later, and the service technician came by and repaired the heating. The were no problems.

The technician was a nice, patient person who didn't mind showing me how my furnace worked--for instance, I had wondered if I needed new ultraviolet lights, which are a part of my system, and he showed me that two of them were burned out. He turned up the thermostat so that the furnace kicked on and inspected the various parts for rust and wear and tear. As it turned out, the furnace was functioning fairly well.

It was professional and WAY above and beyond the service I expected. The price was right on target and the customer service awesome. Would definitely use them again and again.

Man did a fine job. Checked the filter and said it did not need changing, which is good. I've used them before and they always do a good job.

First of all,they keep me waiting for an 0830 appointment until 2P.M.I called back 3 times before they finally arrived. |Next, the machine they were using was not working properly(the rotor brush would not rotate correctly). |This offer was for duct cleaning. A duct to me is the tube from the heater to the register. They did register cleaning. They pulled the register open and inserted the brush about 12 inches. The duct was not cleaned. |My trust in Angie's list is broken. You should have vetted this company more carefully and advertised the offer as register cleaning. |The service persons were very apologetic for the appointment screw up and did not charge for extra vents which again was different from my count. |I wanted duct cleaning and would not have purchased this service as performed. |Again , my trust in Angie's list is broken.
