Advanced Heat, A/C, & Plumbing

It went very well. The receptionist was professional. The repairman was very knowledgeable and I had full confidence in his work. He was friendly and professional. I would definitely use again in the future.

It was awesome, these guys were pros, didn't waste time, worked hard, did everything they were supposed to, and cleaned up their mess on the way out.

I purchased an Angie's List Big Deal for this service and the technician who came out could not find the rattle. He told us the heating is working great and that there was nothing wrong that he could find. It is just that my heating system is 13 years old. I still hear the rattle, but only after the heater has been running for a while. It had not been running for very long when he checked it. I did not have any problems with him, but I guess he could have waited around a little bit until he heard it. I was not there when he did the service; my wife took care of it. The special deal price was great. They were here quickly.

The technician, Matt, was very helpful, very nice, and totally professional. I could not have asked for better service. I'll certainly use Advanced again.

They did a good job and we can tell a difference. Only complaint is they left a few dust bunnies around a couple of the vents but that was certainly not a problem. Very nice and professional.

Lady who scheduled the job was friendly and efficient. The 2 men who did the work were friendly and did not mind moving a few things to get to a couple of vents. Job was done in a reasonable amount of time.

Advanced also corrected furnace flue plywood to be air separated from plywood roof underlayment. And cleaned condensate drain line.

The young man was very knowledgable, on time, showed up on time and was accommodating. He took his time to explain how the infinity cleaning system works, everything it entails, we had a great experience with them and we would use them again.

Tech showed up when he was scheduled. Removed AC housing and cleaned out dead grass, etc from mower. Checked ac functions. Replaced broken condensate drain Showed great initiative and knowledge. Very professional.

The guys were great. They arrived on time and got to work. I purchased part of the work on Angie's list which included 12 supply/return lines. All of these were upstairs and were treated with a sanitizer. We had 6 additional supply lines which as a part of the Angie's list package were cleaned for an additional $20 each. They cleaned these but did not treat with sanitizer. We thought because we purchased the package together everything would cleaned the same. In all fairness, we did not ask. There were little bits of debris which fell from the ceiling in the upstairs supply lines. These were left for us to clean up which really wasn't that big of a job. Overall we were happy with the job and would recommend them to others.

The young fellow (Brad?) was very respectful (I had requested in advance that the service person at least wear booties over his/her shoes. I require that everyone coming into my house remove their shoes when they come inside - he had no problem with that and chose to remove his shoes). He was very thorough and answered all my questions. He even found a loose wire in the thermostat and tightened the connection. I would definitely request this company again.

I used the special deal for a seasonal furnace tune-up. Due to my conflicts I could not schedule the service until late January. Brent was very nice and explained what he would do and made suggestions to make the unit run more efficiently. He discovered two out of the three elements for emergency heat had never been connected and he connected them. I was pleased with the service.

It went pretty well, quite congenital.

The technicians were very good. They sent out two technicians. It was very good. I paid $150 additionally for them to clean additional vents.

I have will be having two preventative maintenance with them. They will coming out in the fall for the second.

They got the air conditioner working. The service call was very reasonable at 50% off. They knew what they were doing and got the job done.

The service tech was very good an did everything that was need to be sure my A/C will work.

Michael and Reece were my service representatives, and they were very polite and professional. There was some initial discussion of what my "Big Deal" covered. I do not hold Michael or Reece responsible for my confusion in any way--the "Big Deal" fine print as well as Advanced Heating and Air's office staff should clarify when setting up appointments for this Air Duct Cleaning "Big Deal" that only 12 VENTS are covered, and that customers should walk around their house beforehand and count grates to get some idea of how many vents they have. Fine print for this deal talks about "returns" and it was not clear to me that this equated, basically, to grate covers. I apparently have 23 vents in my house, and each additional vent beyond the Big Deal's covered 12 was going to cost $20, meaning that I would have been charged an extra $220 on this $199 deal. After talking with Michael and Reese and office staff, I was offered a discount on the extra vents. Michael and Reece proceeded to do a very good job cleaning the air ducts of my HVAC system, work that was definitely needed and that was I was glad to get done.

The service worked out well. What was negative is that I ended up having to spend $340 for a motor for my heater, but that was not their fault. They were able to assess the problem and get the part within 48-hours which was pretty fast considering that the part was not in when they originally ordered it. I used the Big Deal the next day when I bought it. I thought they were good. I had two different technicians come out and they were both very prompt and courteous. They were both good. The price was fine.

The leak was fixed quickly and correctly. The technicians were prompt and professional.

Brent was on time, very professional and personable. We would you them again.

Back in January we had a reoccurring heating problem with our AC, and I called Advanced Heating And Air to see if THEY could rectify the problem. To make a long story short, we chose to have our heat pump replaced. I just want to say that the people who came to our home were upfront, knowledgeable, and highly dedicated to their profession - true professionals in every sense. I have dealt with three other air conditioning companies here in Knoxville, in the past. I can only say I wished I had discovered Advanced before-hand. After diagnosing the issue, he told me the fan motor was bad and that I would need a new one for several hundred dollars. He even showed me where it was "locked up". However, after getting a second opinion, it ended up being a faulty emergency cutoff switch that cost me $4 to replace.
