I am very pleased with the service! The service provider was nice enough to even take his shoe off before he came in my house, so he wouldn't track anything inside. I say shoe because he must have broken his other foot/ankle since there was a boot on it that he wore a plastic bag on outside, and then removed before coming in. On top of all the little stuff he was very quick at figuring out what the problem was.

Everything went well except for the Part of the service. Part of the service call was to check the gas for the air conditioner unit, I was told it would be hard to read as to weather I needed gas for the unit ( I agreed with the mechanic not to check) I made a mistake and should have had that checked. since it was part of the service .He came on time , professional, and diagnosed our problem. It was repaired with in 10 minutes.

We called in the morning and they were here in the afternoon. Excellent response considering that I had called another repair service and never even got a response. Next time they will be my first call! The only thing I was surprised at was the cost of a capacitor, which may be a fact of life. The service fee was extremely reasonable. The individual performing the repair was very professional and courteous! It was hot, muggy and raining at the time and he quickly resolved the issue!

Purchased routine tune up of heating system for house I had recently moved into. They came out and performed the annual maintenance and discovered on of our units had a compressor that was not working so it was running constantly on emergency heat. Technician first tried a simple fix but it did not work so he then called office to give us an idea of the cost to have it replaced. Found out it was going to be around $1300. Technician explained the ramifications of not replacing but did not pressure us to replace it. Just told us to give them a call when we were ready. We called about two weeks later and had it scheduled. A different technician came out to replace the compressor and in the process found the probable reason for the compressor having burnt out. Some sort of switch that switches the unit rom heat to air had gotten stuck so it needed to be replaced too. Fortunately it was only about $50. They had to order the part and come back to replace. There were issues with getting the part in as there were some snowy days in between so it took a day or two longer to get finished but not something that they could control. It was completed and we have not had any trouble.

They were fine. I've started using them about a year and a half ago based on the reviews on Angie's List. I called them and they came out right away. I had to replace the whole compressor and I just told them, "I just spent $200 with you guys three and a half weeks ago and I expect you to take that price off of this visit" and they did. With the compressor, we didn't have problems with it and they came out and they said, "We've put a kit in it to make it go and it will probably last a year and a half" but three weeks later, it blew. I said, "Okay, we have a problem here" and they came out. They probably would've offered me a credit but I let them know they would offer me a credit. They were here for quite a while and they did fine. The coolant that you put in the air conditioner have government ratings on them and they are all changing as of January and I was advised that I could just put a compressor in but that they would have to put a new coolant thing in the furnace. My furnace was gonna be 15 years old and they said, "What if your furnace goes out, you're gonna have to replace it all over again." We talked about various options and they laid out the price of each one and gave me options to choose from and I chose to go ahead and put the whole system in. They are very credible people to deal with. They did just fine and they did give me the credit. I would call them again and I would recommend them.

It went fine. When I bought the deal, they came out a few days later. I didn't dislike anything. They were very professional. They came out and did what they were supposed to do. They finished the job within thirty minutes to an hour. They were very thorough in what they did. It didn't take them the whole day.

waited 1.5 day for service, but overall went well. I suspected it was coolant or capacitor and turned off the machine for the day before arrival so it wouldn't be frozen. tech replaced the capacitor within a few minutes was good to go. I used a 50% coupon from angies list for the service call fee - paid $37.50 fee for parts and labor (tech here less than 30 min) was additional $132 -- price includes a high markup but seems to be industry standard. I have maintenance contract with this company and spent a few thousand dollars on other work earlier this year after having energy assessment done by TVA. I do wish there was consideration for waiving service call fee or giving a price discount on parts for simple repairs such as this for especially clients who have annual maintenance agreements or at the very least waive the service call or labor if you elect to get repair done.

They were very knowledgeable and on time. They were in and out, got some work done and I feel that their pricing is fair. I remember thinking, "Wow! It's not as bad as I thought it would be"

The tech was here on time, went straight to work, and finished the job timely.

Technician arrived on time, calling as he left the previous job. Pleasant young man went right to work. Cleaned condenser coil with a foaming spray, checked capacitor function (slightly low out of spec but since unit was running I chose to leave it as is) monitored refrigerant pressure, maybe did a few other things. Technician also cleaned condensate drain pipe by vacuuming exit end - you could tell vac was sucking water and other crud through the pipe. Said they never clean upstairs coil (evaporator) although that was the primary reason why I called. Unit was emitting a slightly foul odor when it started up. Person in office I spoke to when setting appointment said they would clean the evaporator coil if it could be accessed. It was cleaned one time before but I don't know details of access. It would have involved removing some insulation and removing a panel on the duct transition where coil is located. Checked several things on upstairs unit and interior of fan box looked very clean so I wasn't so disappointed about not cleaning the coil - it probably wasn't dirty. He said smell was coming from foul water that collects in condensate tray and doesn't all flow out the drain. Technician placed a chemical pad in the condensate pan and the smell stopped. They didn't do everything on their task list but after most of the checks others probably didn't need to be made. He didn't check thermostat but I told him it was a programmable Tstat and was working fine. I'm satisfied with their work and would use them again.

Soon after purchase of this service - the office contacted me to schedule the appointment. Honestly, that was unexpected great response time! My home has two units - one died a few days before the scheduled appointment. The other is on its last leg. The serviceman actually took time to look at the dead unit and advised the costs of the repair. (He didn't have to do that.). He did not push a new unit on me and advised that he could attempt a few options to repair but no guarantee that it would work. I respect that - most people would gladly take my money. I opted to replace. The service was performed on the other unit and it runs as expected. Did have tech to quote on new systems. I've since received quotes from several other businesses - looks like Advanced will be my choice.

The technician was awesome. Prompt, courteous, informative, happy to talk to us about details of the system, but not too talkative as they can sometimes be. He was thorough, gave us lots of options, didn't try to sell us on anything extra. Really can't say enough good things about him.

After purchase of a coupon, I was contacted within 2 days by a representative to schedule service. The time-frame for the service was a 4 hour window which was excessive but the representative arrived within 5 minutes of the actual scheduled time. He was quite knowledgable and performed a complete and thorough inspection. I requested a follow-up estimate from the company for a replacement of the HVAC units which was never provided. Overall the service representative receives high marks while the office personnel do not.

Scheduling was easy, but I learned that they do not service window air conditioners. I'm giving a C grade because it took too long to reach a customer service representative to cancel service and get a refund. However, when I finally made contact with the customer service representative he was courteous, professional, and he resolved my problem.

He was very prompt and professional. Wore shoe covers every time he came into the house explained to me the issue and exactly what it would cost to repair. I was worried it would be a huge repair but he assured me that adding Freon would resolve the current issue but that in the future i would need to address the leak.

They were very quick and professional and did a great job

They were wonderful! We live in the country and they had no trouble with coming out here. The deal included 12 vents and we had 7 additional vents. The only additional costs were $20 per each vent which they were upfront about. They did supply us a list of other services they offered if we needed their service in the future and there was no pressure at all. They got here when they said they would and called when on their way was just as we requested. They completed the work in about a hour and a half. They were accommodating, very good, cleaned up after themselves, and left in a timely fashion. The work they did seems to have cut down on the dust just as I had hoped. Everything was just as we expected and we are very satisfied with the work that they did.

Our air conditioner froze due to low freon. The technician cleaned the outside condenser and then checked the inside unit. He told me that the freon measurement was fine. When I told him that it froze days ago he explained that the temperature outside will effect the measurement. That made total sense to me. This is where I was totally impressed. He was smart enough to call another tech who was working on a unit and had him measure the freon and give him the rating. He was then able to fill up my freon to match the working air conditioner. I love smart people! So far it is proving to be enough freon. Hopefully it will stay that way all summer.

The inspection went fine. About a week after the inspection, I found that the technician had stepped on and broken the PVC condensate drain line for my gas furnace. The condensate drain line leaked causing two large spots on the ceiling in the hallway because the furnace and drain line are in my attic. Insulation in my attic also got wet. I had to get another technician from the company to come out to repair the condensate drain line.

Very professional and knowledgeable. Work was completed quickly and suggestions made to optimize systems

Guttering was preformed while furnace tuneup was being conducted...did all they said would do in discount mode.

The technician was professional, personable, and stayed on task. He also gave us some useful information and pointers about the a/c unit in our new house. Since we had just moved in, we appreciated the tips.

They were prompt. They were very knowledgeable and willing to explain what needed to be done. I was very happy with the work.

The two men showed up on time and went right to work. They were polite and professional. They performed an excellent job in a timely manner. I will use this company each time I have heat/ air issues.
