They didn't have availability in a time that's convenient for us. Went with another provider.

It went fine. They sent one technician and I was very pleased with what he did. He was very professional and punctual, and he told us what was going on with our system, but it wasn’t easy for him to diagnose was going on since we have not been running the system frequently. We discussed some options concerning changing our HVAC system.

It was great! Our A/C wasn't working and they replaced a coil. We did have to wait a few days for the part to come in, and they came back later. They came back when they said they would.

The technician was polite and on time. He was checking my AC because it seemed to be running loud and 1 of my attic fans was not turning on. Other than the service fee there was no additional cost he explained that the unit was operating correctly just seems loud and that he turned down the temp on the attic fans so they would turn on at a lower temp. He also noticed 1 fan was broken and asked if it were okay to have the office send us a quote for repair.Which I really appreciated instead of assuming we would use them I highly recommended.

One technician came out to complete the work. The technician was young and I was surprised how diligent and detail minded. The only thing is that I don’t think the second unit was cleaned as well and detailed as the first unit. However, it had been a while since it was cleaned and I think it would have needed cleaned twice for how long it had been. We are perfectly satisfied with company and the work.

The first experience was interesting. If I had to submit the review just based on that experience I would graded them with a D. ( B for the technicians and F- for the administrative assistant). I wanted to give them a second chance which I did and I do not regret it. Initially they came to my house to check on an inefficient AC unit. After the repair - that saved me a significant amount of money over another company - everything worked smoothly. Since then they came for two AC tune-ups (two units), and they will come back. Overall the technicians are great: they are nice and take the time to explain what they are doing, and are willing to discuss your concerns and answer questions. They won my business.

Matt arrived within the time window that I had been promised and completed the work in around half an hour. He confirmed that everything is fine (I had not been having trouble -- just wanted a check-up), and I plan to have Advanced Heating and Air check my furnace in the fall.

Brent was very nice, and knowledgeable. He quoted my house with a few different items which need to be addressed. I am having Advanced Heating & Air come back this week to complete a full Duct Sealing repair to my entire duct system in the crawl space for my home. I will review again, if anything goes bad, or falls short from my current review.

They took care of my stuff. My unit wasn’t working at all, and they replaced the capacitor. My wife was at home at the time.

They were good and our air conditioning unit is working fine.

That turned out great. I used them to check an AC unit that we were having troubles with. They fixed some parts and replaced some things. Two technicians came out to do that and they were able complete that work the same day.

We signed up for their twice a year tune up service - they came out within 24 hours of our first call. They were professional and didn't try to up-sell us. We're looking forward to our fall tune up.

The interaction and communication was relaxed and professional. Time was taken to explain the process and why the coil cleaning was needed. However, after the cleaning the unit was working so well that another service job was required exactly one week later. I am giving an A to the provider because I was able to speak to someone after hours and get an explanation of the probable cause of the unit not working. I was not upset at all. I was pleased to the fact that time was taken. In the end, the issue was resolved and now the unit works extremely well. I could not be happier.

No up selling or other BS, and answered all my questions honestly. At my request, the service tech provided a quote to replace our compressor and heat exchanger for a more modern and quieter unit. The price was very reasonable, and I am likely to contract them in the future when I decide to replace the unit. I was able to get service the next day after calling which was excellent.

It went great. I was very pleased with them as he was very professional. I liked them enough to sign up for an agreement. He was 100% thorough and he came on time the same day that I called. I now know a lot more about air conditioners and how they work as he even did a drawing showing me how they work. Other companies that are less ethical would have tried to sell a new unit but he wanted to try the least expensive fix first and go from there.

According to a followup visit from my regular HVAC guy he improperly replaced the wiring in my unit.

Scheduling the appointment was easy. One call to their office and the service was scheduled. The technician called before he arrived at our house. Once here, he diagnosed the problem and had it repaired quickly. I would definitely recommend this company.

For cleaning work, worker arrived on schedule and completed the work promptly. The remainder of the work required a second visit which was completely expected. The work was scheduled and later re-scheduled due to office scheduling conflict. The workers arrived on time for second appointment and completed the work as expected. The workers recommended the work to be done to accomplish my needs. They were neat and cleaned up after (and during) completion. The solution that was recommended seems to exactly what was needed. We are happy with the results.
