The technician, Andrew, was very professional and diagnosed the problems with our unit quickly. He explained different options to us regarding how to fix the problems in a way we could understand and then quickly corrected the issues. The unit has worked great over the summer. Andrew went above and beyond.

There were no troubles with scheduling and no additional costs beyond the price of the deal. The job went fine.

Our 400 square foot sunroom had a 25 year old unit that finally bit the dust. I called Advanced Heating and Air to see if they would send someone out to give me and estimate and suggestions on whether to replace the old unit with a standard split system or a mini split ductless system. I was less than impressed with the young man that came out. As I showed him the sunroom and asked for suggestions his mind seemed to be elsewhere. I would give him information about the space and he would vaguely look around. When recapping what I told him the information he gave back to me was not correct. I asked which unit would be best and which would be least expensive: a ducted unit like the old one since the duct work was in place or a ductless unit. He told me the ductless unit would be best but said the only place it would go was on the front wall where there was nothing but full length windows which meant the outside unit would be sitting right outside the main wall of the sunroom blocking the view. I knew this was incorrect from researching mini split units. When I showed him there was access to a back wall where mini ductless hoses and wiring could be run he seemed to dismiss it. As he prepared to leave I asked if he would send me an email estimate on both type of units: ductless and ducted. He said he would. That evening I received a very vague estimate for a ductless unit only. The estimate gave hardly any information other than price and size of unit. There was no cost breakdown, no details. I chose not even to respond. I don't know if the young man was new or untrained but I was not impressed with him. I think Advance Heating and Air may need to evaluate their training for this young man. Needless to say I went with another company.

The process was quick and efficient. The technician cleaned the coils, inspected the interior and exterior components, and ran some additional checks against the thermostat. The technician answered all of my questions and provided the final inspection report. Overall the technician was knowledgeable, efficient, friendly, and professional.

I was not able to get to the apartment but the tenant was there and gave entry to the service rep, Brian C. Brian conducted the inspection, identified a few minor problems and called me with his report, He also left a written report of his findings. All in all, I was very pleased with Brian's punctuality and the quality of his inspecting and reporting. My tenant indicated that he was very cordial and professional.

They did a great job. I would definitely use them again in the future.

It went well. The tech (Brian Cook) called to let me know what time her would be here. He arrived when he said he would. Did all the checks on my AC unit. Everything checked out OK.

They actually had the best prices and I'll probably use them if I do it. I like the way that their estimate was laid out. It broke everything down so I knew what I was paying for. The man was professional and he was in uniform and courteous. They had a very reasonable price and they gave me different options for a unit that I could use, the best quality or the middle one or the less expensive. He was good. He did a follow up call as well. I'm gonna hold on to their quote and when it's time for me to replace my heating unit, I'll probably call them back and use them.

The service went very well. One person came out to work on the unit. I would say they did a great job with the diagnostic; they did what they said they would. They were prompt and I would recommend them.

I purchased the half off service call. They called me to verify the purchase and set up an appointment within an hour or so. The young man was out the next day He diagnosed the problem right away and replaced the pump right then. I was very pleased with the service. I have used them once or twice before and will continue to use this company. I like their prices and their quick response. Would highly recommend them.

Went well. He had to come three days later because pipes were frozen. It had to thaw out.

The worker called half an hour beforehand to remind me of the appointment and to make sure it was OK to come by. He was polite and professional. It was a great experience.

It made my heating and air bill go up almost $200 more for the month.

Everything went well, and it was a fabulous experience. The company had someone out within two days, the technician arrived on time, and he did a good job with the repairs. Furthermore, he thoroughly explained the problem before fixing it, and it's worked like a charm since that point.

Ok. Didn't get them to look at air-handler inside because wasn't there. They didn't offer a discount for that either. The only thing that bothered me was they put a ugly company sticker bigger than my hand on the elect;rical box going to the unit outside. I hate advertising without permission on private property.

They were knowledgeable and straight forward with me. It took them two days to give me the quote and they did everything they told me they would do.

The technician inspected both outside a/c units, cleaned their condenser coils, and then ran through tests on the downstairs inside unit. The technician didn't have a ladder, but when I lent him mine, he climbed into the attic to check the upstairs inside unit. That's a thorough cleaning and inspection, and for the price I couldn't have asked for more.
