Advanced Heat, A/C, & Plumbing

I wasn't able to use it as my furnace won't accommodate the humidifier. The technicians looked at it for about an hour to see what they could do and were very apologetic that they couldn't do the service. They even offered me two other alternatives.

I really liked their honesty. The Big Deal included two inspections for the price of one and I didn't even realize it. But they called me and told me the deal was for two service calls and that they owed me for one more inspection. It was a great experience.

I was very pleased with the service. They responded quickly to my request for service through Angie's List. The technician was professional and did a thorough check of the system. Pleased with the service, I signed up for their twice a year maintenance plan.

The service went great. They were very responsive and came out the day after I called for the service. The technician did a very thorough job and took his time on the service. He made sure everything was working correctly. He even did a little extra maintenance than what we had expected. He explained what he was doing and had a great personality. I would definitely use the company again.

Came to my home in Lenoir City for the 7th time and did not authorized replacement of my unit for my home warranty company. One of the seven visits they made to my home for my home warranty they hit my unit with a screwdriver and told my husband it was fixed. They told me this morning upon calling me to schedule a time for them to come back out and not fix it again that I needed to turn my unit off because if it was frozen over when they arrived they could not do anything. This has been the same issue every single time. They are unprofessional and did not show concern that I would have to turn off the unit while I have a 4 year old child at home. Very dissatisfied with this company.

In short, the company couldn't narrow down our appointment more than just a day. Could not get the job scheduled.

I was very pleased both times i used Advanced Heating and Air. When I called in October for a service call because I had no heat, they came the same day..The serviceman was able to fix what was a small problem and get my heat working. He was very courteous. I will use this company again with no hesitation.

The technician called ahead to give me time to meet him. He was right on time, and arrived just after I did. He went right to work and completed all of the checks within 45 minutes to an hour. Very professional, personable, and thorough.

The service was great. This is the second time I've used them and will continue on my future rental purchases.

good deal on saving money using Angies List coupon. parts cost markup high but that is consistent with other HVAC companies. wish there would be discount for customers who are part of the maintenance program. That said, honest and professional company and I was glad to save on the service call. Repeat customer.

Tech Brett performed a seasonal check of my HVAC unit outside and it's function inside the house as well. He was professional, courteous, informative and punctual. I would highly recommend this company. Thanks!

Good job. Could not have asked for better techs. A feature that others offered - video of the ducts was not included. But, at half the price I can do without video. Advanced does not give any indication of the schedule other than the date. Since the techs arrived at 3:15 I would have liked a little hint such as - "not til afternoon".

Service provider was prompt, knowledgeable and provide information to improve the furnace performance.

SERVICE REP. SHOWED UP ONB TIME WITH A 30 MIMUTE WARNING. INTRODUCED HIMSELF, PUT ON HIS CARPET/SHOE PROTECTORS, EXPLAINED WHAT HE WAS CHECKING, WHY CHECK IT. ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS WITH PAPERWORK. GOOD JOB.

The serviceman was timely, receptive and offered good information. We would definitely use them again.

When you turn on your unit, you would expect it to work but it didn't. I called them back and they had someone come out free of charge and they fixed the issue.

The service was very good for the service call. The technician arrived on time and completed the work. He also took notes for some additional work I wanted to have completed. I need new duct work or repairs and possible new zoning due to an addition to the home . He put all of the notes on the worksheet and told me someone would call me to provide and estimate on the work I needed to have complete. I still havent heard from the company in regards to an estimate for the additional services. This is the only reason the company received a bad mark for responsiviness. I contacted another company and they came and provided an estimate for the work that needs to be done so I am set for now.

Young man arrived on time, was very personable and professional Took his time checking the A/C unit and explaining to my husband what he was doing. I think he also cleaned some filters. He also showed us where the filter for the furnace was. He did state that the Company would contact us in the fall regarding checking the heating unit, and possibly setting up plan where they come each spring and fall to check the A/C and furnace. At this time we have not heard from them regarding that.

The work was done efficiently and professional.

It went well. The technician had good manners and was professional. They gave me a price quote for $5,000 to install a new heat and air conditioner unit. Two other contractors gave me a price quote of around $4,000 to install a new unit.

Very pleasant and professional. Discovered that thermostat was wired incorrectly and heat would not turn on in our new house. Showed us how to replace filter and sold us a seasonal maintenance plan so we never have to worry about calling again.

Had two visits by two different technicians. They were prompt, professional and friendly. They said the problem with my AC was a bad capacitor and switch. I had a blower that would intermittently come on but I couldnt always get it to come on. They replaced the capacitor and relay with a circuit board, topped off my freon levels after checking them . The system worked fine after that. Its a 21 year old system. However a couple weeks later the system would not shut off. THey came back out, told me there was a leak in my coils. They did a test with dye and it indicated where the leak. They advised me to replace the unit. The cost of replacment of parts and labor should I keep the system would be almost as much as a new system. They did not charge me for this visit. I agreed with their assessment after talking to other people who do HVAC> They are honest and knowledgeable company. I would recommend them to other folks.

They did fixed the problem eventually and they did not charged us for all of the times that they have to keep coming back over and over again. Honestly, their repair was well and they actually caused more problem than they repaired initially. I was told by someone else in the town that the fix that they made was actually sort of....they could not find the coil that was actually designed and made for our unit. That was part of the problem and they have to make do with something else. They didn't ensure that it will stay within the tripped pan so it started flooding our attic; it was flooding off our air conditioning unit. They have to come out several times to fix that until they got it worked out. It turns out that they could have skipped all of that if they actually made the things.....self contained unit with their own little drain line. However, they were polite the whole time, they never complained.

I bought the special, called them, they set up appointment for the next day. Technician came on time, even called me fifteen minutes before so that I could come from office. He checked the unit, cleaned it, measured that the coolant is low, so he added what was needed. He also added some leak stopper to avoid similar problem in the future. He then advised that the deal I bought is good for 30days, so if I have any problems within a month, they will come for free.

I purchased a deal with this company not realizing that I had already paid them to have the work done.
