The faucet was screeching, Tony, the service tech, went under the house and then replaced the faucet, and now it works perfectly. Was very pleased with the work, and will certainly use this company again.............Great job...............

It went very well. The company ordered us a very nice sink for the garage. The faucets outside are very good quality. The only problem was they did not call when they were going to be late for an appointment so we spent several hours waiting for them to show up. It would not have been a problem if they just would have called to let us know.

Very nice young agent, punctual, answered all my questions very helpfully, advised me on AC usage (vents, thermostat, etc). THis was not a particularly complicated service, obviously, but I greatly appreciated how it was carried out.

Technician arrived on time. Was very professional. Quickly went about his business. Tune up included cleaning debris from exterior A/C unit. He cleaned unit thoroughly. He used my hose and recoiled it neatly after its use. Have used this company in the past. Will definitely continue to use them in the future.

We are regular customers and also have Advanced check our systems in the spring and fall. Our AC stopped putting out air last month. We called and they responded next day. As it turned out, our system was frozen and needed to be thawed out before they could determine the source of the issued. They came back the next day and found a leak in the system and determined we were also low on coolant. I was very impressed at how quickly they found the leak. The tech discussed all available options. His recommendation was to add coolant and he suggested that we replace the unit in the future since it was already beyond it's standard life. We always use Advanced and will definitely have them install our new system.

The man who came out called ahead of time to let me know he was on his way, and on time. He was very nice and very polite. He did a very quick, and thorough job. It was an excellent experience.

Overall very good. Our first appt. had to be re-scheduled because they had some people out but they were very accomodating in getting the schedule worked out. They provided very good service and went the extra mile. I will plan to use them again.

After leaving a message for an estimate to replace HVAC, we were contacted quickly. Randall, the owner, came out within 2 days. Very friendly and professional. Gave us an estimate free of charge. We called back to schedule and they came back out to do the job on the day requested. Will be using them for all HVAC needs!

No issues, fast service, fair price, would use again

The technician (forgive me - I can't remember his name) that came out to replace my hose faucet was great! I bought my house in December and the hose had been leaking down the wall in my garage whenever turned on. He quickly diagnosed the problem - the hose had frozen and cracked. This was of course not going to be a quick switching-out. He told me the cost, which I thought was very reasonable, and quickly got to work cutting and soldering in a new copper pipe. It didn't take him very long at all, he was very professional, and I was very happy with the service.

Technicians were punctual and professional. Remained late to complete the job.

Brent was here on time and on arrival did the 20 point check up on the air condition. He was very professional and very friendly. Thank you for a good job.

The initial call for service was politely answered and a date for the service arranged. On that day the plumber arrived on time, and the job was completed in less than 30 minutes. The technician/plumber was courteous, qualified and everything was done in a professional manner. I would use them again.

He replaced an old outdoor faucet with a new one. When he first got here, he scared me by mentioning fine print exceptions to the $49 faucet replacement deal, and I was very uneasy, expecting to get a bait and switch situation, where I would end up being charged way more than the $49. But he proceeded to investigate what was needed, which included crawling in the crawl space to trace the line, which was impressive (I wouldn't want to do that) and concluded that mine did match the conditions of the $49 deal, so he went to a hardware store, purchased a faucet and installed it. He reattached the outdoor hose, and I tested it before he left, and it worked fine and looked good and shut off without leaking. Success!!! I am very pleased.

After placing the order, Advanced Heating and Air promptly contacted us to schedule the service on one of our preferred time/date slots. They arrived as scheduled and conducted a thorough service including clearing a blocked condensate drain which we were unaware of. Excellent customer service.

Brent the AC tech was very professional. I have 2 AC unites that are both 22 years old. He came out on a Friday and took care of the tune up. I paid, he left. Saturday night I went to turn on the AC for the upstairs AC unite. It did not blow cold air. I call Advanced and they sent the tech back out for free. I was expecting a service call charge since the problem was probably not related to the tech. They told me no charge. So they came out and sure enough it had to do with a blown/locked up breaker. He had to run and purchase the part and install it. He took care of the issue and gave me a discount. Great service. Great tech. We will use them again.

My wife and I woke up one Sunday morning to find the toilet in the basement had backed up and overflowed due to a clog in the main sewer line . Luckily, between our home owners insurance and our home warranty coverage, the cost of the repairs were covered. The first plumber that was sent out by the home warranty company couldn't clear the blockage in the sewer line using a snake. He suspected a camera would be needed to fix the problem, and he didn't have access to one. The home warranty company then scheduled Advanced to come out to look at the problem, but we were told they wouldn't be out until the next afternoon. In less than an hour, I received a call from the plumber form Advanced. He had noticed our job scheduled for the next day and was in the area. He offered to come out right away since he had the time. This impressed me also, since it was close to 5pm and I'm guessing it was close to quitting time. Within 30 minutes, he had fixed to issue without even using the camera he was told he would need. He was very friendly and helpful. He spent less time at our house than the first plumber and was able to fix the issue in no time. I was very impressed that dispatch was able to update his schedule so quickly, he thought far enough ahead to check his schedule for the next day, and was willing to squeeze us in since he had the time and was close by. I would not hesitate to use Advanced again and have already recommended them to friends.

The technician left a detailed report of all the items checked per their AngiesList special offer for complete AC system check. Seemed very thorough. Technician was very nice and even complete the outside unit check in the rain. Answered all my questions. Very pleased

I connected with Advanced Heating and Air via an Angie's Deal. I signed up for the deal on Friday, the 17th, was contacted by the company that day, and the repair was done today, Monday, the 20th. The faucet replacement I had requested turned out to be unnecessary. Dean, the technician, arrived on time, and after inspecting the faucet, said a tightening of the collar was all that was required. He performed that service. I had tried unsuccessfully to fix it myself, so although the repair seemed simple, it was something I could not do. Dean also asked if there were any other plumbing issues I was having, and when I told him about a leak in the bathroom sink, he was able to locate and fix that for no additional charge. Dean was couteous, friendly, and professional. I was very happy with his job, and will probably be contacting Advanced Heating for future business.

I bought the "deal" on Angie's List. They were to come out and replace a broken faucet for 49.00. They called me right away when I bought and paid for the deal online. Made my appointment and told me they would be there Friday between 1pm and 5pm. The tech arrived at 1pm! He was very perfessional. He did explain to me that if he had to do any pipe work, there would be additional costs and gave me a approximate. There was no additional work, so the deal was the 49.00. He cleaned up any mess and had it done quickly. Very nice guy.

It worked out fine and I may be calling him back. We have an issue with one of the units. He came out shortly after we called them. They came out at separate time. They came out when they said they would.
